Shikamaru being explored in his entirety would be cool. As for shadows, I honestly don't know who Naruto can easily access. Prolly not one of the past hokages even if it would be cool. I don't really care just someone cool

Second Shadow, eh? Considering the next biggest thing would be the chunin exams... possibly Hiruzen, or the edo tensei'd first and second Hokages? The level difference would be huge, but I almost feel like any of those 3 would be a little more willing to accept it for Konoha's sake. Hiruzen would be a super emotional one for Naruto as well, and has a lot of unfinished business with his students. Tobirama is someone I'd see most likely to go for it the most easily in order to serve the village, and it would be fitting for the guy who created the edo tensei to be brought back (in a fashion) by a complete different manner.
If that's too early in the timeline for him to get another one in your opinion, then maybe Kimimaro? Even with his sickness and being on death's door he was a god damn force to be reckoned with. Also something strangely fitting for a Necromancer to have a bone-related servant haha.

Props for not resurrecting Haku, I think Tayuya (or any of the sound 4 really) could be a good shadow option. Also maybe raiga although we have a swordy one covered already

Aaaand you killed Haku...
Well that is a huge disappointment and a huge missed opportunity for Haku to become a follower of Naruto due to the shadow of Zabuza.
If you just let Canon events happen regardless of the changes you made it will become lazy.
A fem!Haku as his friend/lover/mentor with Zabuza as a shadow who slowly regains more and more conscience would have been interesting...
BTW you still have not added all the other skills and traits he should have at this point!
