Having Urararak Construction Company be a victim of collateral damage caused by All Might's battle with All For One may be piling things on a bit thick (there are plenty of other heroes out there who pay even less attention to collateral damage). How much more of a guilt trip does Yagi need?
On the other hand, this might also open up an additional path for Yagi's Anti-Corruption Crusade. Assuming Might Towers (or its insurance company) made payments to compensate for all of that collateral damage, it might be worth opening up an investigation into where all of that money actually ended up going (he can combine it with the ongoing investigation into what happened to all of those contributions to the orphanage).
Sooner or later Yagi is going to have to inform the local Yakuza that there's a new sheriff in town (which probably won't impress them, until they realize that he has a recently-retired pro-hero backing him up - in fact, maybe he should call Gran Torino and ask if he'd like to assist as a security guard - more opportunities to beat up some punks).

Ah, yes - everyone's favorite struggling, family-owned construction firm. Being a local firm, they should be able to work in relative peace. However Yagi may still have to help them with bringing in supplies and he probably shouldn't be bringing in much more than they can use that day, lest those supplies disappear overnight.
Sounds like he also may have already found a manager for his new supermarket (assuming the Old Man isn't adverse allowing selling his own business to in order to free himself up enough to allow him to take a new job).

Recovery Girl: "This is what Yagi calls 'not overexerting himself'? I'm beginning to think that he may be every bit as much of an idiot as All Might!"
I wonder how long it will take for Yagi's attempts at neighborhood reform to attract the attention of the local Yakuza (who are likely to view any success on Yagi's part as a challenge to their authority).
