for Blue Rose Sword Hero: Canon Cast Reactions2/5/2022 c2 E.T. 2000
It is strange that none of the four heroes suspected Kirito and his group, apparently they think that Kirito's group comes from a world where magic and moutrous exist, but there are certain things that would make them suspicious, for example:
Kirito mentioned the word Isekai that would be a genre of fantasy created in Japan. Something that the 4 heroes are familiar with, especially Naofumi who was previously an Otaku.
There is also the fact that as Yui introduced her parents, she said her full names, which are obviously Japanese names.
The only credible way the Heroes wouldn't get suspicious, would be that they would think that Kirito's world and his group exist both in technology and magic.

You are absolutely right that Ren is guilty of the plague, but the villagers of Mirso's village are just as guilty as Ren, they tricked Ren into killing Gaelion to steal his treasures.
In Reprise of Spear Hero, they used Gaelion's corpse as a sideshow. Naofumi noticed that the dragon's carcass was starting to rot, so he warns a villager about the danger of plagues. However, it becomes clear that the townspeople don't care, as it could affect their profitable new source of income.

The story is just beginning and Eugeo has already surprised everyone but he still has to show his swordsmanship skills.
If Kirito was excited by Eugeo's huge skill tree, he would be even more surprised by the other functions that legendary weapons have.

One of the reactions I most hope to see is Raphtalia's, knowing that Rifana is alive in that timeline and that she loves Eugeo.
While reading this chapter an idea occurred to me that you can use in Blue Rose Sword Hero, which would consist of Raphtalia and Rifana fighting against the Cerberus. Since it was never mentioned what happened to the cerberus after attacking the Lurolona village

Man, Kirito making fun of isekai tropes when he himself is a VIP victim of them was hilarious.
Also, and I reiterate the fact that I haven't watched rise of the shield her yet, while I don't like the jerkass way the other "heroes" go at it, their unwillingness at being isekai-ed can be understood under a pure intellectual point of view. All right, they'd be looking at grass growing from below otherwise, but being kidnapped is a rather draconian alternative. It doesn't excuse them, especially their mercenary tack on it, but put in perspective it is kind of understandable, to a point.
If anything the shielder being agreeable to having been isekai-ed while NOT having been in deadly peril is rather odd.
By the way, and I state here I don't mind spoilers, why would be the shield hero be reviled? It doesn't make any kind of sense.

Now the cast truly see the beginning of Eugeo's jorney, at least Kirito could see him once again on the screen. Every Cast of the respective series was surprised in the end that the 'true' Alice become the sword. Anyways, keep up the good work Gadget and Arementi Revnant! And I can't wait for the next chapter and the cast reaction of chapter 2 of the Blue Rose Sword Hero in the future.
