You could have the battle go somewhat similar to canon except a lot more fire is exchanged, the firestorm that lights toothless's tail on fire is the queen's 2nd to last shot.
The wings don't rip but she crashes because she cannot pull out of the dive.
The impact gives her a concussion and several broken teeth, one of the teeth punctures a flame gland and wouod have caused a lethal explosion if she weren't out of gas.
With the loss of his prostetic tailfin, Toothless has a very rough landing.
The foot gets a wound that can become infected and later result in the loss of said foot.
The former queen gets up and bows to Toothless which shocks many.
The former queen can give advice to Toothless kinda like Stoic does.

Don’t mind about the queen but if you decide to kill the queen he should loose his leg. Also great chapter I am really enjoying this story so far

I don't quite see how the queen could be spared. (Interesting as that would be), but with how you seem to have written the queen I thought I saw more fear if anything when she looked into Flint's mind. I mean imagine being from the Viking era where all you know is Iron and steel and seeing a flipping F-18. Seeing what future humans will do. Seeing what they'll become. Something far more powerful then a little dragon in a volcano.

She should die. She ate a Gronkle. That's unforgivable.
Should Hiccup still lose his leg, or not at all or maybe lose it later?
I honestly can't see him not loosing his leg fighting the queen. The tail he made for Toothless is not fireproof and fighting the queen is just asking for it to burn up while in the air.

Good chapter but flaps aren't the right term for those things that stick up on an airplane's wings during landing. Those are called spoilers. Flaps are what you call the things that extend downward on the back of the wings prior to take-off and before landing. They add extra lift to allow the plane to fly at speeds that are much safer (and sane) for landings and take-off. Here's a diagram: imgur gtR535X
