You got me hooked mate. Staying for more.
Did our necromancer just possessed one of his undead after his original body got destroyed or what? I was pretty confused to see him being out and about like nothing happened.
And the grimoire. Is it still with Roman?
Aside from that only waiting for our boy to get better at magic.

I keep imagining Keifner, Adam, Roman, and Neo as that spider man meme with the villains grinning.

Always nice to see this updated. I’m waiting for our lich to start using some the big spells like winds of death or gaze of nagash, but I expect it’ll take him a while to get to that level

Why is the MC so shit? Warhammer necromancers are ridiculously versatile and powerful. Flesh crafting, diseases, poisons, blood magic, curses, soul magic, spirit magic and travel, rituals and enchanting, weaponized entropy. Entire libraries of rays, drains, beams, blasts, fogs and area spells scaling up to city size of all types.

I would say that this chapter was quite good, no noticable important grammar mistakes were made, the story seemed to advance on a natural way, but it does have quite a big problem, it has too many PoV's which are not marked or separated from others characters, one example it had the start where we are seeing Ironwood on his way to blown up the mountain and then withour any separation or any way to show that we changed character perspective we are with Adam, this however can be edited later on.

I’d keep it a crossover. With the MC’s new powers you can start pulling more spells from warhammer.

I’ve thought of writing my own necromancer story. I’m really interested in it but if I may make a suggestion as a fellow necromancer lover.
1. Lengthen the negotiations. I feel it lacked a lot more weight and it should have had more to it. I liked where it was going.
2. Feel free to go into detail about how many undead you have and in what way you’re using them. I’m curious if you simply stick to fire arms or wholly embrace mixed arms like the vampire coast.
3. I can’t wait to see them rebuilding the city through this story. Always love seeing MT Glenn utilized.
Other then that looking forward to seeing this continue. Hell it might motivate me to write my own necro in remnant.

What's with the hostility? This feels forced to make for the sake of making conflict that didn't need to be there yet. Personally I see Ozpin going over there to talk to him personally after hearing from Qrow of a man who can raise the dead and if he feels the necromancer is not evilly hostile explain the situation on Remnant to him in hopes of gaining an ally and to keep the magic/necromancy stuff to a minimum and not in a way that reveals magic to the public. To late for that now.

It's interesting, with most of Team CFVY dead it definitely doesn't seem to follow the series' canon route (I think).
It is surprising, but for me, a welcome one.
(Sorry if someone out there got spoiled somehow from this review)

So Mountain Glenn becomes his lair and seeing how he didn't come across White Fang I guess it's either before Volume 2 or after and is in Volume 3-8 territory. Ozpin is going to be freaking out over the fact magic is going to be revealed as reality and not fiction like he wants it as a army of skeleton warriors is not something science can explain or can is able to cover up.
