Gotta say, I like this story so I'm gling to say my peace for What-If Scenarios:
1. If Kevin decided to accept Ben's offer and join the Tennysons on the initial series roadtrip
2. If Ben's parents found out his secret when he was still a Kid
3. If Ben and Julie never broke up in the first place
4. If Gwen and Kevin never left for College
5. If Ben actually married Princess Looma
6. If Ben actually killed Kevin in Ultimate Alien
7. If the Zombie Apocalypse Happened
8. If the Incurseans won and Ben never came back
9. If some random character like Cash (Ben's Bully) was the one to get the Omnitrix
10. If Big Chill's children remained on Earth to stay with Ben.
I know it's a lot but I felt it was appropriate to pick 10 alternative scenarios. Hope it gave you some ideas.

Really wish Ben established a more cordial relationship with Belicus and Serena, would have been really helpful but that would have made the show less interesting.

so scenario one's version of Ben ended up permanently fusing with their version of Alien X in the sense in which he is a literal God hiding in Mortal form kind of interesting and should have expected that when it became apparent that Ben's manifestation was no longer human but what about visiting the family in the afterlife did he get to that...
can the other what if scenario be if Ben also had the spark, if Charmcaster became an Ally, if Kevin's father didn't die, if Gwen kept the charms of bezel... just suggestions, but would like to see where you would go with such ideas after all a good part of that fan fiction is all about what if?...

Just read through everything and I have to say I'm really impressed. It was a great read and very well thought out. I think there's a few interesting ideas that you could cover, and I'll list a few of them here:

It was an amazing read through and through, mvp of the Ben 10 fanfiction writers in all honesty. As for a What-If, bit on the tragic side, but one where Ben is the last remaining human on Earth (or his universe) and trancends into madness by making his aliens alternate personalities he has conversations with. Okay, it's very vague and probably not that good for longetivity (am german, idk if that's a word) but maybe something to start off with

I am liking where this first what if story turned out, always wondered and hand similar ideas on how Ben might have handled Alien X if he tried to debate more.
As for ideas, not much is coming to me sadly but might have something worth considering maybe.
For a silly or serious one depending, what if when Ben tried to hack the omnitrix, he did a lot more damage to its systems then in the original cannon, like certain safe guards or protocols being deactivated or malfunction, like some of his aliens he already unlocked getting shuffled with new random ones or re-locks some of them reducing his options to choose from, or the DNA getting spliced like in that classic episode with the fusions or maybe bleeding over when in his human form giving him mutations, or maybe the gender of some of his aliens gets switched just for laughs.
A more darker one worth a mention, What if Ben or Gwen who ends up getting the omnitrix but the pod the watch was in had crashed landed into the rust bucket and possibly seriously hurting one of the cousins or Grandpa Max and how that might have effected things, maybe even cancelling the road trip changing a lot of events across the country.
