Short of regurgitating everything that Eternally Addicted said in that review, I also took several looks at the name Brandon Kelly attempting to figure out the family tree connections.
Kelly King, sister to Peter and Roy. Sylvia Brandon-King, wife to Peter and mother to Alice. I’m missing something….
Wait a minute…could Roy have used a fake name? BrandonKelly together? That way Renée would not be able to track him down?
Jake the snake shook his rattler and Royce was there to witness his true nature. That should be the final nail in his coffin.
Will Carlisle heed any of Rosalie’s requests?
She is too soft on him though.
Rehab and therapy are the only options for him.
Esme looking for a lawyer will help her move forward. (Extras)
A goalie scoring in the playoffs is a very special feat.
I’m hopeful the Oilers win it all and take Lord Stanley back to Edmonton!

Was Roy on his best behavior because Edward was with Bella at the dinner party?
I’m relieved Roy is NOT Bella’s father…but clearly they are related and I cannot wait to see all the puzzle pieces fall into place.

I waited until today to review, there was so much info in this one, I wanted to read it again to make sure I took it all in. Let's start with Jake. I am so glad Royce went with Bella. So happy he heard how Jake spoke to Bella and got first hand what an asshole Jake is. Jake the snake is what he is. Jake keeps adding strikes against himself and before long he's not going to have a career at all. I hope Royce can make sure of it like he suggested. I like Royce, he seems to be a genuine guy. And I must admit, I have a bit of a different take on what's going on with Carlisle after this chapter. What Bella said about Jake preying on Carlisle's weaknesses really stuck home for me. Before I had always looked at it from the other side, the side that had me thinking that Carlisle was using Jake to feed his weaknesses, not Jake pushing them on Carlisle to keep him under his thumb and to help keep control of Edward's career. And while i don't like how Carlisle has treated Bella at all, I can now only believe that Jake has surely filled Carlisle's head with all sorts of crap about Bella, that led Carlisle to make the assumptions he has about Bella. It makes me want to believe that maybe there is hope for Carlisle and Edward's relationship and Esme's if Carlisle is willing to get the help he needs and they can get Jake out of their lives permanently.
On a much lighter note, I can't quit laughing about DTOW! So funny, but hey, if its working... Don't fix what ain't broken. lol
Roy's dinner sure felt like an intimate family only affair. I do believe if he's not Bella's father, he knows or at the very least has some very strong suspicions about Bella being related to them somehow. I am a bit confused on the Brandon Kelly thing though, unless Bella gave the name to Charlie, last name first. That is often how cops relay names when passing info on, if I remember correctly. But then that would be Kelly Brandon, Roy's sister and Bella couldn't possibly be her daughter. She is Renee's child biologically. And her name was Kelly King. But I am sure Bella knows what she is doing and Charlie will help her figure it out and then we will know. My best guess right now is that the clues are leading us to Bella being related to Alice, to her being a Brandon biologically. But I still don't get the Brandon Kelly. Kelly as a last name doesn't make sense to me. I can't wait to figure it all out.
And one of the best parts of the chapter...SPIDER SCORED A GOAL! So freaking excited about that! What an amazing achievement for him! And they are in the second round now! WOO HOO! So exciting. Loved the chapter so so much. Can't wait for more!

I’m a little lost with all the information.
I’m suspicious of Roy because the way he is with Bella, he knows something. I guess I was wrong and he’s not the father but then why is he so nice.

I LOVE these LONG chapters with so much going on. Did Bella finally stumble onto a clue about her bio dad? Could be the reason Roy is so enamored with her. I can't wait for the big reveal!

This chapter has so much going on! Loved Jake being denied access and that Royce was clued in on what was going on. Even the dinner at Roy’s was good. Brandon Kelly is the name of the man Renee slept with right? I’d have to go back and reread but I think that was the name that was given which clearly is why Bella is making connections now, smart girl! At first I thought Roy was her dad but now I’m wondering if he’s her uncle. His way of being controlling is still off putting but he did seem at least fairly normal in this chapter. Can’t believe this story is almost over! Is this the last in the series or is there more? I can’t remember if you’ve said. Thank you for the update! Can’t wait to read more!
