Bella giving it to JaScab and not putting up with his shit was good. I love how Roy Jnr was there also.
So Royce SNR, is not her father, but the link is his sister and a Brandon Kelly?

Bella is getting to the bottom of her parentage. I'm pretty sure that's the reason for Roy's special interest in her. Letting Royce wittness Jake being his ugly self was a good move, I think. He nees to find out about his father's connection to JB as well. Cheers for Edward and the team for the wins, cheers for Bella for inspiring DTOW, it works like a charm. Leah's moving to Dallas, that's good news. A second chance for James?

Lots of breadcrumbs here. I think the dinner was actually set up as a family affair, and Bella’s just starting to connect some major dots. Could Roy possibly have used Bella’s glass to check dna to confirm his suspicions, or maybe he already knows and it’s more of a clarification. No other players or their wives get the treatment Bella does, it’s obvious there’s a reason why.
Might have to read over this chapter again to sort some other thoughts as I’m still a bit confuddled on the Kelly King comments. I’m not as quick as Bella to join those dots. LOL

I very much enjoyed reading Bella putting Jacob in his place. Her conversation with Royce had me worried! As I’m still not one hundred percent sure we can trust either of the King men. Though I very much liked how her and Royce interacted and how much she impressed him. Filling him in on a few things he had no idea about. He now knows to watch out for a few things. I do wonder what he handed Edward in the envelope. Hoping it was something to get Jake out of their lives sooner rather than later. I did like how he said if he did find out he had anything to do with Ben being injured, he'd make sure Jake never had another client in the league again. Didn’t know Bella jumped off and overturned boat and swam to shore before. I’m thrilled Leah sold her home and she’s moving there to Dallas. I think it’ll be a great move for her. Loved the game reenactments you gave through this whole chapter. I laughed so much during Deedee's explanation of DTOW and how the team has taken it to heart. Seems to be working. It was really funny. When they were at Roy's for dinner I thought for sure Bella would see a photo of her mom there somehow. I was glad I was wrong, but knew the photos meant something. Very interesting how this Brandon Kelly is possibly the man they looked for. I’ve no doubt he is and Royce knows it. Though he may just suspect right now. I think his insistence on Bella having a drink, and his man taking her empty glass, is the DNA Royce needs to know for sure. I think he had them to dinner, along with Alice and Jasper, as a 'family' dinner. Without Bella and Edward knowing. Possibly not even Royce knowing. Very much enjoyed Emmett's parents, Lucy and Wade.
