Harry is still alive. The dementor could have just sucked out Voldie's soul and Harry's went into shock. Of course he could also die during this and increase the frenzy.

Huh.
This looks intriguing.
If Harry survives, somehow, I hope there will be consequences for some of the nasty ones, manipulative ones, hubristic ones.
But, mostly, I hope the common folks get off their lazy asses and fight for themselves stop relying on a kid!

I'm really looking forward to this! It's a great start - the errors in all the muggle names, Harry is once again a "hero", Dumbledore is identified as guardian but giving a "no comment" (I would think he should bear at least some responsibility for Harry's well being).

Snape, shudder. The same goes for Dumbles (even if buy canon of Harry not being abused). I had a few terrible teachers when I was young (it’s scarring, especially if you fight back.
