I was extremely disappointed when i saw the update was for a new story instead of one of your current stories which i almost always look forward to. Especially your recent Naruto story is something that pulled me back to fandom after a long hiatus. But after reading your new story (though i was very reluctant at first) i really loved the premise. I am glad i gave it a chance.
Anyway about the story itself, rom-com implies that the MC isn't going to learn about supernatural side for quite a while. It is funny for him to be out of the loop for a few chapters and I don't know what you planned but i think it would be boring to read if it is constantly the same things. As in girls going after him and him being a clueless harem protagonist who gives the impression of being determined to die a virgin. Still like i said, i don't know what you planned so maybe it is going to be great and this is my fears from other sources talking.
Additionally may i suggest that you give some quest rewards from the girls to strengthen Takashi without his knowledge at first. Likedo this so Takashi can gain this ability/power or that item/sacred gear" type of quests. As an isekai character who can not explain why he is suddenly able to lift a car or see better or run faster or where did the sword that looks like it belongs to a museum come from etc... while trying to hide it from all the "normal" people around him could be funny.
For the chapter itself i really liked the dressing down he gave to Sona. Both because he was 100% right and also it was probably the first time someone who took Sona's dream seriously told her why she is going about it the wrong way.
Also i would appreciate if Issei and his gang could dissapear forever via expulsion or something similar as soon as possible. I don't even care who ends up with Ddraig. As long as those annoying people are gone i would be happy. And please don't even think about reincarnating Issei even as a side character. Just take his sacred gear and give it some kendo girl, oc something if not the mc please.
