I have a question. Since Petrificus Somewhatus is having a birthday in a month, could he give himself a present and update "Sliding Doors" and pare it with a dedication to finish it. I turn 80 in December and would very much like to go to my next adventure knowing if Lilly manages to hex the remaining marauder.

Great chapter. Harry becoming a professional manager and making real money, despite having to deal with loons. I also like the hint of Daphne/Harry. The comedy opportunities of Harry and Draco being unfriendly and/or competitive brother in laws are immense.

The idea is wonderful but the humor fails. Harry is too stupid to believe. A little bit of that would probably have worked but you didn't seem to know when to stop or when the joke became dumb instead of funny. Comedy is hard so I guess keep trying till you get it.

it's funny i suppose, but not my type of humor. good luck going forward though. even if this story doesn't do it for me, i do appreciate the work you put in to post it for our enjoyment. keep doing that please!

Great story so far. Reads a bit too similarly to Healer Harry, I feel, but obviously the plot is looking to be different. It isn’t really a dealbreaker though. You seem to follow the classic Harry doesn’t want really want to be an Auror and all that, but it’s a minor part and it really just sets the stage for the far more important, far more original stuff. Other than that, it’s a promising start, though I do wonder what happened to Bruno…

I’m enjoying the start of this story. It seems like a return to formula for these authors, which means laughs.
Something did jump out at me, if Harry is 27, did he spend 10 or so years in the academy? 17/18 when he did in Voldemort, plus 3 years in the Academy (per Tonks, I think), would put him at around 20/21. Unless he was an Auror, put then he’d have been fairly senior, considering his canon self was head of the DMLE in his 30s. Sorry to bother with the point, it just grabbed my attention.
Anyways, love the story and hope to read more.
