Accidentally hit the post button on the latest chapter before I got through. I think they all were in the wrong but Atalanta and Harry had the rights to demand answers from Artemis. Hermione is too bossy and it bit her. I hope she and Harry can mend their relationship but hopefully Hermione will have learned to not push so hard and demand answers to everything. If she wants to dig around on her own then that’s fine even if it is annoying and feels like intrusion but sometimes it’s better to seek justice quietly than storm in. Subtlety is often a good thing. I’d say insidious if it is done without harm. I had to look it up to make sure I was using it correctly. Lol. Artemis was just being petty but she is used to being at the top of the food chain so having to explain herself isn’t something she has had to do. She’s probably not used her loving emotional side ever, or at least not in a very long time, and since she’s so smart she comes across as cold and aloof. She has a heart but it takes a great effort to thaw it.
I’d love to boil Dumbledore in tobasco sauce and then make him completely muggle and erased from history. He’d remember everything but have no access to it and people wouldn’t recognize him or believe him. He’d have money but no way to access it.

It’s always made me wonder at the utter thickness and small mindedness of the wixen raised. They all just acknowledged that Sirius was Harry’s godfather and that all they found of Peter was a finger. Ok so considering that in the wixen world being a godparent is a big deal and requires a ceremony, and I don’t believe for a second that any of the 3 would hold back on protecting Harry to the fullest and Lily would have researched it fully before she agreed to it from what we know, then a solid conclusion would be to at least question things before skipping to the conclusion he betrayed them. Even when they discussed it later they said it was hard to understand because Sirius and James were as close as could be, unsaid being without being lovers and while I could see Sirius chasing anything that would give him a good time I don’t see James as anything but eyes on Lily. Not to mention that he gave his beloved motorcycle to Hagrid and was lovingly holding Harry. If murder was what he intended then he wouldn’t have left the kid alive and left before anyone came up. Next is the finger. Muggle bodies everywhere but only a solid finger left of Peter? No blood, no hair, not even a toenail. Now if there was a spell that completely disinterested a person then not only would Sirius have used it before, most likely on snape, but so would other death eaters. Remus definitely would have known it. Yeah I’m going to go with they were all either told by Dumbledore one thing and it’s taken as gospel or it was the biggest snow job until Barty Jr. What is even worse, ignoring the other plot holes, the couple everyone loved so much is slaughtered and their son is orphaned but they just have to party. It’s their RIGHT to party. Those callous bilgesnipe fucking twat waffles partied while a kid and good man get sent to two versions of Azkaban and another tears himself apart, partly in grief and partly because he’s a whiny werewolf with a yellow streak who reveres Albus Dumbledore so much that he fights with snape for the right to brown nose.

She just bulldozes her way into things and expects nothing to happen to her and ignores the warnings. It’s going to bite her in the ass this time and I hope it leaves a mark. I like her most of the time but she and I would have to have a quick come to Jesus meeting a few minutes after we met to pull out that bossy stick that’s up her ass.
