I had to review because I was enjoying the aliens review spots and then they start talking about pharaoh and I'm like wait a minute they can't mean then Zeus gets mentioned! Master of Olympus is the shit! Me and my older sisters love the hell outta of it. And yeah getting entertainment just right is a hell scape. Literally have to count steps and block in people to get happiness right.

Okay, the EMP worked through the same Reaper Black Magic that somehow can selectively destroy technology when shot in omnidirectional pulse.
But how this coalition managed to ambush them? To ambush someone you need first to know where this "someone" will be. Which leads to two possibilities, you either have a spy in your enemy command hierarchy, or you create an opportunity yourself.
Like leaking information about something important hapening "there" in a few days. Why in a few days? Because usually before operations like this comes recon, where a bunch of dudes would sit there for weeks looking at the base and noting troop ovements, equipment, defences etc.
Here we have a loyal democratically elected (lol, lmao even) army, so no spy, that chose this specific target on a whim, so no pre-planned leaks of information, but they somehow still managed to get ambushed.

Fantastic progression so far. I just love how Sam has logically revamped the entire common sense of the ME universe.
Also, a lot of people seem to be wanting ships in the reviews. And Similarly I want a ship too.
The Executor Class From Star Wars
Oh and as for new implants, I would like:
Sandevistans from Cyberpunk
Neural waves from Gundam
Something Protoss related.
Oh and please introduce something from 40k. It's high time The Slaver Xenos realise the holy will of the God Emperor.

1. The power of Innovator form Gunadm OO(quantum brainwaves) all of them.
2. When i read about the golden beams the first though that came to mind was the Protos Race. Maybe something like a Scout but with Mass Effect size. This Protoss tech also goes well with the Gundam 00human evolution.
i don't know if this is something that can happen to keep with the theoretical tech but it is a suggestion. tks for the chapter

I don't disagree with your assessment of SI stories, and most ME stories. But this is possibly one of the worst intros I've read. The premis was intriguing, the author note at the end expanded on it. But the intro it self nearly pushed me away from the story.
