Uuuuuh I don't think Issei Could trace that even if he's taught by Emiya cuz he's not Shirou which means he doesn't have unlimited blade works. Idk wth is up with Ristuka/Issei being able to learn even a weaker version of it since UBW is unique to Shirou and is the thing that makes him able to copy NPs along with their abilities

TF is with Freed being this strong for some reason. By Feats and stats alone he should've been killed by Mordred already. Even with the excalibur swords he's not supposed to be that strong.

I agree with the comment below that Hyoudou Issei should remain human. After all, one of the minuses of the original Novel is that Issei became a demon, although not by his own will. Therefore, it would be better for him to retain his humanity, and not betray it as Saji and Irina Shido did. Moreover, it will be interesting to read a fanfic in which Issei has complex and tense relationships with the DxD characters.
