And so, the missing to capture Pikachu begins. Quite a brilliant cover to keep in contact with them.
Honestly, why am I not surprised that Jessie, James and Meowth are actually deep cover Rocket specialists trained by E4 Vali herself. Even in the anime, they were actually too incompetent with Ash and the gang. But secret informants that seemed incompetent but still managing the upper echelon of a crime syndicate is actually quite impressive.
Yay! We now know all the Mons Vali have. I wonder if we can see them in action and what could she add to her family?
