I did hear about Haley. I did not know about the weed, just the tequila. Didn't know about the cosmetic surgery but did notice that it looked like she has/had lip filler done. I agree with you on the peril of child actors and do agree with you but there are still many of do well but I guess it would depend on how well grounded the parents are. I can empathize with that part but the another part of me says she isn't an 18 year old who might be on the verge of not quite knowing better, she is a 25 year old who knows that driving under the influence of anything is irresponsible and she had the money to go clubbing or whatever she was doing she has the money to pay for a ride home. I do think part of it is the dangers to a child actor but another part is where she needs to be responsible and if someone had died having a hard life as a child actor would not go over well. But, I do see what you are saying about looking at this and no longer wishing to see kids under a certain age on screen.

Holiday Mia Kriegel will be the Molly recast and Kate Mansi will be playing Kristina. It will be weird, because it's been the same actresses for 14 years, with the exception of Lindsay Morgan playing Kristina for a year.

I think I'm going to stop advocating (whatever advocating is... through comments or whatever) for the children and teens to be shown on the show. Even if that means all the parents in the story are dead beats. Though I think the writers should be creative enough to have the characters say they just dropped their kid off at school or sports practice, say they're upstairs sleeping, or have them at the park watching them play etc. without actually showing the kid while the storyline plot still progresses. These children's well-beings are far more important than us being entertained.
But I thought Kate Mansi was the Kristina recast? Yeah, maybe more young adults instead of having a teen scene. Or just have young adults who look younger than they are play the teens. Just do more to protect children and teens. Maybe have dolls play them when they're first born, then keep them offscreen for a few years and magically age them up to teens quickly, but have young adults play the teens. Make it a law that they have to be 18 to be on set or something.

jrchandlerfan1 yes I already know abt actress haley's accident it was on general hospital spoilers celebrity dirty laundry that why will getting temp recast for molly next week and get this the recast molly will be Kate mansi former days abby so hopefully if gh frank grab opportunity to get camila banus to play a recast emma if they decide to bring her back again even tho camila is in her 30s she can play college aged student and if we r being honest they literally need to bring more young adults for cam, joss, spencer, trina,esme, and dex but yea it sad to hear abt haley and other driver she was drinking tequila and had weed that was found in her car but not sure if she did weed or not

Just a heads up, this comment is going to be very depressing.
I'm feeling very sad right now and kind of disgusted with myself. Did you guys hear about Haley Pullos? Google for more details, but she was charged with a DUI. She was using cannabis and drinking tequila. Then she got on a freeway in the wrong lane and collided head on with another vehicle. The other driver has serious injuries and Haley had to be extracted from her car.
This isn't new. This kind of thing happens to so many child actors. No one was designed for that kind of worship, but children especially can't handle it. I of course feel so sad for the victim, but I also feel so so sad for Haley. She didn't choose to be thrown into acting. She's been acting since she was four years old. She grew up around partiers and in the spotlight. And was probably exposed to things no child should be exposed to.
While I feel sad for all current and former child stars, I feel like this hits home the most and I feel guilty. I advocated for years for the Davis girls to get good scenes and I made and posted music videos of the Davis girls, which included Molly/Haley which contributed to her being pushed in the spotlight. I was even on her official message board (though I wasn't on very long) and she was only ten or eleven at the time. She responded to me a few times and watched a Molly video I made. Here I was contributing to her childhood being robbed.
I don't follow the actors on social media anymore, more just whatever is posted on social media. But I just peeked at Haley's Twitter page and it is really sad. The types of poses in her photos... What did Hollywood do to that sweet innocent girl? She felt she had to get plastic surgery because her role models got plastic surgery. And now she's facing possible prison time.
As viewers we love seeing the kids onscreen, but Hollywood needs to be stricter with their child labour laws. This is devastating. Praying for the victim, for Haley, and their families.

Guest 1- that is a good a question. It is certainly immoral and I suppose if someone profited from taking advantage of Sasha in that situation, maybe illegal. But, yeah I think she could sue her in a Civil Court most definitely.

jrchandlerfan1 and chrissyfan today episode of gh show was good and sonny and micheal made peace which I knew would happen and wat rly bothers me is that haven is taking advantage of sasha's mental health jst for business which is disgusting if u ask me but I do hope that they would call haven out on that part but I do have to wonder if deception can sue haven for that? Is it illegal to use sasha's mental health?

Lovely chapter. *chuckles* Nelle and Willow are getting their sibling rivalry a few years late but it is happening. If Sasha is going to be Britt's daughter, I'm all for it. She deserves the same chance at love and a huge rambunctious, always have your back family the same as Nelle and Willow. If so, Gladys really should start running now. Well, she may not be able to talk but she can still scheme, I can only imagine what Carly will come up with now. I can see why Lila Rae gets frustrated with mom and Grandma, they never stop sniping. Great inclusion of Tracy. Aww, my Elizabeth and her brood are just icing on the cake.
Interesting poll. I'm not surprised that Elizabeth got votes for good mom, because she is but I would have thought Alexis would have a lot as well. Surprised at Sam getting so few votes. Although for most of their early years, the kids really did spend most of their time with Quartermaine family. But, when she is in as a mom, she is all in.

I was sad when I heard about Jackie Zeman. I didn't know she was sick. Hopefully Lucas can play a big role in her memorial.
There was a fun thread on Soap Central today asking who everyone thinks is the best mother on GH and who their favourite mother is. So far everyone except two posters have said Elizabeth. Even some posters who listed multiple mothers listed Elizabeth first. Carly was mentioned once and Sam wasn't mentioned at all. I said Alexis first and Elizabeth second. Though putting Alexis before Elizabeth for me was a bit biased because I've always been an Alexis fan, especially a fan of her as a mother. But if I put my bias aside and look at it objectively, I think Elizabeth has been more consistently a good mother than Alexis has been. Alexis was great before she bowed to the mob, started letting her daughters control her, and then gave into alcoholism. I think Elizabeth's big flaw was allowing Franco into her house, but other than that she's been very consistent and for the most part raised her boys on her own. So yeah, Alexis is probably my favourite mother on the show but objectively Elizabeth is probably the best.

Aww, I loved the sweet Jason/Liz and kiddoes squishy moment. Yeah, the troops are rallying around Sasha. I don't think Gladys wants to find herself in the middle of Liesel's crosshairs. She has declared Sasha one of her's to protect and it won't bode well for Gladys if she has done something to gaslight Sasha. Loved the Nina/Sasha moment. Yike's Nelle is regaining her memories. This is going to either go well or really badly. Great update.
