Been re-reading this, and had a sudden thought - U.N.I.O.N made a mistake while returning Coil's arsenal. They gave a name to the Army. This could be a problem, as it could possibly be traced. The NSA is a thing, and presumably tinkertech wiretaps & word detection programs would be in use...
As a possible way to confuse & obfusticate any investigation, I'd introduce a few shell organizations to cover U.N.I.O.N's actions. Such as;-
O.N.I.O.N (Overseas National Intervention Operative Network, for use in Canada, etc)
I.N.I.O.N (Internal N.I.O.N, for use when the Fed's have been naughty. Erwin's department)
A.C.T.I.O.N (Amalgamated Counter Terror-Ism Operative Network. For use against Gesselschaft, Dragonslayers, Yangban, etc).
The main point of these "organizations" would be to spread confusion in any investigating group, by getting several named organizations that don't exist, or exist ONLY for a specific job or two. Get any investigators questioning if there's one network, multiple connected networks, multiple independant networks, etc, etc...

Edgar is a menace, and we ALL love him for it. Plus Amy having a literal Murder Army, will help with search and rescue efforts I can see. Carol might realize that he is only picking on her as she picks on Amy at times.
Also why do I see Taylor giving the Endbringers a combination of stomach ache, heart attack, and migraines, all of which involve C4 from coil?

Great new chapter on the ARC, Rachel's bit adds some flesh outside of the magpie'ing all the things. Though the cricket bit was funny. Interested to see what the empire finds or doesn't find and how Rachel is spun into dwa, probably get along better with a gruffer crew. While still keeping UNION distance or anonymity cause it's too good a joke to ruin lol. Thanks for sharing loving it!
