Right, this is where I keave off. You write well. The story is interesting. Jon is out of character though. Not with the show or books, but with previous chapters. He was willing to kill a Randall for attempted murder, but won't kill Bowen for actual murder? Just feels like you're keeping him around because you want him in the story, and Jon's motivations for not killing him have to now fit that clumsy narrative. Jon's character rings hollow because of that.

great chapter! i love the clash of mentality between the moder survivor and jon, also i don't know if it was intencional de miss spelling of the word "ayúdame" from what i understand those kids grew in America so its no unheard to have a broken Spanish

Fuckkkkkk, that felt so quick and slightly force. Should’ve add more foreshadowing or more threat/life attempt from May so it could led up to this. Oh well, u did the climax and aftermath pretty well. You need to slow down some of the peak climax into a slow but shocking twist, like for a single breath, the air held sill as the loud thunder rung in his ear, a bullet barreling out from a gun. Jon felt his world crawl to halt as he watched May fire upon her family… or smth. Or do a shock and awe factor. (Sam’s death*)
Overall, it still pretty good. I hate how Jon turned from a ‘saving’ Merl type of person’ to a ‘I must do what I must’.
