Just to clear my mind, why Rider has a B Rank in Agility? Cus the only Rider having a B in Agility is the Rider of Shinji, along with a C in Strength, an E in Endurance, a B in Mana, a D in Luck and an A in NP. And that's cus Rider was nerf.
The normal/standard Rider of Sakura's/FGO's one has an A Rank in Agility, a B in Strength, a D in Endurance, a B in Mana, an E in Luck and an A in NP.
The Hakuno's Rider it's the same as the Sakura's/FGO's ones besides the Luck in D Rank.
So, this Rider has a lower Agility but an upper Rank in other parameter? It's Strength in an A Rank? Endurance in a C? Mana can't be cus Shirou doesn't have that much magical energy. Luck in D~C? The NP at A?

I know that I'm 20 chapters behind, but I need to say it.
Shirou doesn't mind k*lling for the big good, even if the person he is k*lling is a friend of his like Shinji. That's a fact in the Fate Route when Rider actives Blood Fort Andromeda and nearly make a carnage with the students. Shirou nearly rip off Shinji's arm in orden to make him Rider stop BFA. It textually says to ShinjiThen I will k*ll before breaking the barrier. I don't care about the order. So just decide now."
Another thing you are forgetting now twice is that the Reality Marble is able to invade Shirou's body in the form of numerous blades during severe trauma to heal and overwrite wounds. It changes the nature of the regeneration provided by Avalon into an indirect form that “changes his muscles into blades in order to knit his wounds with swords.” It replaces and reinforces broken bones and muscles with swords after he is wounded, allowing him to survive a blow to the chest from Rider's dagger. It also allows him to survive a kick from her that would normally gouge out his stomach. When she realizes his innards are too durable to fatally wound him, she kicks him out of a window to kill him instead, and the ability goes out of control after he hits the ground during the "Rafflesia Umbrella" bad ending where blades burst from his chest and cause a fatal wound. The ability manages to keep him from having his entire body destroyed from an attack by Gilgamesh, and makes him appear to have "masses of blades shaped like muscle fibers" as he heals. And for what it seems in the HF Route even the regeneration of Avalon isn't necessary to use this capacity to an extend, even if it consumes Shirou at the end.
So yeah, those two things are what I want to say about Shirou at this point. I will be looking for the next chapters until chapter 36 that was released today/yesterday. You're doing a good job with this fic.

Honestly, as forced as the last scene with Sakura may feel, I can't help but think that it needed to be forced, because there's little chance that Shirou is ever going to make the first move in a romantic relationship, not with how distorted his own psyche is. So Sakura kind of has to force the issue, because that's probably the only way to actually get through that broken (metaphorically), thick skull of his!
