I feel for Bella facing one's bully as a adult is never easy.
Looking forward to more.

I’m so pleased you decided to make this into a full fic. I was only thinking to myself the other day about this prompt and wether you had expanded it any further.
I can’t wait to read the next chapter.

I was looking forward to this since I saw the post about your intention to expand on the prompt from FicLab.
This is an amazing premise, rife with opportunity for character growth, airing of past grievances, and a whole lot of change.
I love how you've painted this confident, grown-up, brass-balled Bella who doesn't take no shit from anyone, let alone her former tormentor, and knows her own worth, fights for it, and is assertive enough to seat healthy boundaries around herself. Of course she wouldn't accept Edward's apologies and protestations of being a changed man at face value. She doesn't trust him, and has no reason to believe him.
He's got his work cut out for him, and at some point I'd love a window into his mindset, and what drove him to be such a punk ass to her in their youth.
An amazing beginning. Can't wait for the rest of the story!
