Yeah after reading this chapter Ginny has to go, she needs a one way ticket to Saint Mungos, and then to Azkaban for her actions, in now way can they be justified or ignored.
There isn't a place in the civilized world where this would be allowed, she would be tried as an adult and get 20 years for what she did.
Honestly this chapter needs to get pulled down and removed and something else written in its place.

Throw Gonny away, I didn't really care one way or another about having her be in a relationship for the anchor and her abilities or not, but after this chapter she has to go, and preferably be throw into Saint Mungos and probably Azkaban afterwards. The main character should say " Dumbledore, your failure to protect Harry by not sending him to his family and make sure Sirius raised him. Among other things, has damned this world. The odds of it having success in future to over turn or survive what is coming is very low. Even if I am not Harry as you might figure one way or the other, I can assure you I am the guy who was sent into the world and knows more then you."
He could then add " I have to add old man you die like a bitch to a curse from foolish behavior, your ordained to have it happen. Well you will be dying from said curse, but the honor of killing you belongs to Draco, but Snape will get the finishing blow one way or the other. You let enemies hided and offer a chance for forgiveness when sometimes you got to cut the limbs from the patient to save them. Harry's Soul along with the Piece of Tom was removed from this body by that Soul sucking piece of shit, because you failed to prevent incompetents from doing stupid shit on yours school grounds. And quiet frankly if I am stuck living this shit life, I am not going to Harry's family's house. Not going to have any of that, I will hide and live and figure out methods to get about without being seen between properties and means to hide who or where I am."
He could then add after some talking, "Old man, you should look in the mirror of your own failures and then look again to see the ones that involve you and others. Harry died, Sirius died innocent and the only thing you could do to help me at this point is to help weaken Voldemort some more by trying to get a trial in his death of Sirius and allowing memories of us seeing Peter to be seen. But I suspect that will not work, so at this point we are got a goose chase to stop the Black Money from getting into the hands of the Malfoys who will act in bad faith against all living things, like their name says bad faith in french. Just like Lord Voldermort is Flight from Death. But quiet frankly I can't care about a single bit of any of this, the thing I am worried about is the effects of my being placed here with a deadline related to me plowing pussy to stay alive or some such. Don't get a enough and I die, so if you knock me out your likely damning this world. You need to leave me to what I am doing or the world is more damned then it already is.
