Nice, Esdeath being in love with Naruto is perfect, and their interactions are between funny and wholesome.

Oh a very interesting take on Naruto development, I really appreciate how this story push Naruto before the true nature of Shinobi work. I wish you a great muse because I really want to read the next chapters.

Would you have the story from any other perspective? At least, for a chapter or two. Or part there of? I reckon it'd be about time too. Especially, a behind the scenes look for the audience on the current situation with Night Raid and the Rebel Army, no? They must be reeling by now. And don't think the happenings back in the leaf? Sometime later perhaps? A fan could only hope. Anyway, good one. Whatever you decide in the end it is your story. And this is another suggestion for you if you want to take it up. Thanks again and looking forward to more :)

Why did you abandon the story Vegas Magic

That's the thing about Grey and Grey Morality. No sides can be considered sympathetic in only for varying degrees. Night Raid and the Revolutionary just want to reform the Empire yet does so through killing people and yet, the Empire is a heavily corrupt regime where the nobles are all acting like cartoonish one dimensional villains who preach about being evil because they can while the only good ones are... well... good... if not sometimes comes across as hypocritical, sociopathic or just plain self-righteous.
Kakashi has, however, is given the brunt of the litter as I am split between him just wanting to have any sort of reparation to his village and yet, condemn him for how he served as a mercenary to a corrupt regime, including ignoring and uncaring of its corruption.
The most sympathetic of them all is the titular character himself as Naruto as the guy is the only one that has a moral compass as well as of course, had suffered discrimination before but between loyalty to his teammate to following his own morals, all I can say is that I feel sorry for him.
So, help me out here author. I hope you have something in this story that can be salvaged to make it not so bleak.
