couldn't Kuro avoid the whole Riser situation all together by just demanding that Rias' marriage is called off as part of his price to sell to the Devils? i mean seems perfect. He gets major points with the ORC the Devils will give him whattever he wants anyway and he doesn't have to fight Riser.
