The Riot of King's Landing is about to begin and the Shepherd and his followers are finally making their move against the Targaryens. The Shepherd has been exploiting Aeonar's madness to turn the people against House Targaryen. Not quite as successful as in the books, but still has enough support to pose a significant threat.
Baela carrying on Alyssa's notion of taking her daughter Laena on her first flight as infant. Oddly enough her flight led her to what's going down at Cobbler's Square. Thing is... it might already be too late for her to warn Prince Jaehaerys and the council.
Nice showing Jaehaerys handling Otto Hightower and his plot to depose Aeonar. Regardless, I think in the end, either Aeonar is going to die, or abdicate and go in exile in shame of his actions (Inspired by Godfather Part III Death of Michael Corleone).

Have to say, Jaehaerys is becoming more and more worthy to sit the throne over his father. To be his age and outplay his grandfather like that, he's just as if not more talented than his namesake. It's hard to say that if calling a Great Council is a wise move, Aeonar has burnt and destroyed so much that his mental stability is brought into question.
I fear that the Shepherd is preparing his move, to kill all the dragons that would cripple the Targaryen's forever, not sure if the blacks can stop it. Plus, I'd imagine Larys agents or what's left of them will make their move.
Questions,

Otto's plan? Call for a Great Council to dispose of Aenoar & place Jaehareys as King. A diplomatic coup. Not a bad plan.
i) How did you come up with the idea in the first place? How would have an idea even work in this setting, especially there's no legal predicant for it?
ii) What kind of person is Otto in this fic?
Jaehareys, who knows what his grandsire is planning, points out that his plan can't go forward without approval from the Prince of Dragonstone...
i) There was no foreshadowing to any of that. Does it not feel like it was just done on the spot without prior notice? Why not drop this eariler?
Otto is currently under house arrest. But what is Jaehareys to do now?

First things first, I'm terribly sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident. I'm glad your alive, and slowly getting better.
Aeonar and Vaelor continue to fight off the followers of the Shepherd, although both are very wounded and exhausted from the fight with Aemond and Vhagar. Regardless, the two are determined to protect the other to the death no matter what.
Nice showing the background of their connection, Aeonar's birth and Vaelor hatching. Nice showing Alysanne the Good Queen's appearance as well as Baelon the Brave's appearance.
It seems Aegon the Elder and what little followers he has left are the least of the Blacks' problems... for now. The more immediate threat now is the Shepherd and his followers who have grown in strength thanks to the war, and Aeonar's madness. It won't be long before the Shepherd and his followers make their move in the capital.
The Northerners have finally arrived, and hopefully make it to help Aeonar and Vaelor.

Second, Vaelor and Aeonar are badly injured, while Aeonar seems to have regret for much, Vaelor still fights for him. No matter, it seems like they both came into this world together. It seems like they will leave it together.

Unsurprising that once again, you make another rehash fic. The Dance of Dragons still happens. There are two sides with mostly the same players. Aegon and Aemond are still enemies against the MC, etc. What is even the point if its just uncreative? Not to mention the fact that you blatantly and shamelessly rip lines of dialogue from GOT and other fictional media. This is just embarrassing.
