Man, you really know how to craft a story. This was a great chapter. I’m sad Emerald died but it was only logical and in character for it to go this way. Look forward to see what happens next. Will Jaune and RBW unite to stop the evil in Salem? Maybe silver eyes will save the day? I’ll be sad if the corruption gets split amongst the four and they have to sacrifice themselves.

Well, then Jaune's brainwashing has become even more than just brainwashing, cool. To be honest, most of the canon villains have a pretty pathetic ending here. Tyrian, despite the intriguing backstory, was relatively easy to kill Cinder, Hazel also died from wounds inflicted by Cinder, Arthur died a stupid death from an airplane explosion from Cinder's arrow, Emirald was killed...Cinder. You know, Cinder kind of killed four of her former allies/colleagues herself and now she's shooting Salem (you really made Salem pretty dumb in this fic, I really expected more from her) so that Jaune can get her...yeah. And I was hoping for the battle of Salem and Oz (yes, I saw it in the previous fic, but still). And so the only ones who were able to escape were Mercury, Roman (and most likely Neo), and I really hope Adam. Well, I feel like the finale is already pretty close, so we're waiting for the next chapter, where Jaune will deal with Salem)

Hmm i think this might be the story where emerald gets shafted the most. Also how did cinde hit her wasn’t she still hiding with her semblance? Good chapter.
I have a question tho how far into rwby did your stop watching? Becuse while not huntmen trained Watts is a decent gun men and has aura. Or is that just a change in the story?

Cinder is dead isn’t she? Accepted the lie and found and family and now she’s going to die to protect it making it real. I really hope she doesn’t but I think there are too many death flags now

Though I’m not sure how Jaune could be any help against Salem, he should already be in the dreams of one of the other girls.
And how could Jaune even take down Salem? Not to mention that the Grimm would then still be there destroying everything since Salem assumedly just sic’d all the Grimm in the world on Salem in her moment of panic.
So Jaune would maybe need to steal Salem’s body or power or something while in the dream, that way he could call off the Grimm.
