Jaune has Is the opportunity To Purge her of The Grimm Essence... She could still be Immortal and Powerful Magic User... But there has to be a way for Jaune to keep her away from the Grimn pool Because she could just jump in To the pool to simply regain her grimm powers

So... how exactly did Salem escape from being decapitated, having her head stuffed in a box, and having the box buried underground? Pretty metal of Ozpin to do that, though.
The Salem fears... the something. Probably it's the mystery creature Jaune and Oz met on their last visit to Salem's dreams, whatever that was. Some embodiment of the Grimm part of her?
