Hi, I’m fandom blind but saw this story on the Just In page and wanted to read it because I do have some basic knowledge of Star Wars.
First of all, (amd I’m probably displaying my ignorance here) I’m not sure if you meant to mark it as a crossover between Star Wars and Star Wars. I don’t know of those are two different series… um, not sure what I’m trying to say… moving on. :)
Anyway, I like what you’ve got here. It’s a well written, intriguing chapter and it makes me want to read more. I wasn’t quite sure (and this is probably because I don’t know the characters) what you were trying to convey with Kayl. At first he seemed like a tough, mean, imposing military officer, but I don’t see that later on. He seems more like a concerned son, but I’m probably reading into things too much.
I really enjoyed this and I look forward to reading more. (By the way, I’m typing this on my phone, so if it makes these paragraphs into a huge block of text, I’m so sorry!)
