Yeah, it's gonna take a while to un brainwash Cinder, let her know she's safe and can love and not be threatened, or do back breaking work.
Taiyang and Summer, with Ruby and Yang should be able to cleanse the poor girls heart and mind of that darkness.

And poor Cinder is absorbed into the Rose family. Assimilation was inevitable. Resistance is mildly annoying. Its heartwarmingly adorable, and still sad at the same time, given how she’s still yet comparing her new life to her old life. Madame was a monster, but sadly, it makes sense the canon Cinder Fall was created by one. In a lot of ways, just like how Emerald could have turned out better if someone had gotten to her before Cinder. Hopefully we'll see more of that as they grow up together. And then maybe a timeskip to show her joining at Beacon. They'll need a fourth teammate for their Team Rose though. Hmmmmm...
If I’m being overly critical (I hope I’m not) a decade or so Ironwood likely would’ve been a rank below a General, perhaps a Colonel or Captain. I apologize for nitpicking but as a former military man that bugs me a bit. I’m glad he’s still a friend of Summer though. And approaching the situation realistically, as opposed to the idealist that Summer clearly is.
This is very excellent stuff, please keep it coming.
