Reading your other fic I didn't really see any Harmony. In fact if you hadn't said it I wouldn't even have noticed. That said, I don't think it would be too difficult to do Harmony in this fic and the next, it's just getting the characters (consistently) where they should. I'm curious here, I look forward to more from this story.

Hi,
So... It's a "League of Shadows" trained Harry? Or something like that?
I just hope you don't go full crossover. Or more like you properly establish whatever organisation trained Harry so it fits the HP universe.
Apart from that, the hook is interesting though maybe I'd have thrown in the name of Harry's enemies at the end, to further... *Furbish* it. Without necessarily explaining who they are yet but, you know, to give the full course to the readers in the first chapter.
