Not bad. It doesn't have any strong pull in the first chapter though... What I mean is, there's nothing really attention grabbing about it. But, I'm looking forward to new chapters, hopefully. I'd like to see the OC realize his hubris when he actually ends up in Dark Souls and it isn't all sunshine and daisies.
