okay right off the bat i love the perspective and just. how lonely it feels if that makes sense? like you've just established the mc really well and just . wow can defo feel their desperation & emotions
just like the ,,,, this is so well written like "perhaps i've replayed this moment in my head so many times that its lost all its humour" says so much in not a lot of words
ALSO just like. god. "things i once found endearing started to aggravate me" because thats just ? ik they're cats but thats just such a human way for a relationship to end.
i don't really know what to say except that i really really loved this? like this was such a introspective piece & i love the perspective you used. i also think that your decision to just tell a story about a relationship starting and ending rlly simply was super well done. anyways yeah i just really really loved this great job!

Ahhhh this was so beautifulllll
It was so heartbreaking to see this character slowly open up, then the two of them to slowly break apart. This felt so real to relationships: how things that once seemed endearing about a partner can turn into annoyances and build resentment.
There were also so many lines that were beautifully written, especially the ones toward the end: "Do I even miss you? Or do I just miss the feeling of love you brought me?" The relationship becomes an afterthought but it affected the character more than they could realize- I can only hope that whatever changed occurred in their life, it can help them in the future :)

i really really enjoyed this, the casuality but emotional impact of this,,,, man. you wrote povs emotions really well and i also just generally really like the way this was written? the perspective is fun and brings the emotions even closer and stuff,,, anyways i really really liked thissss
