I never expected that somebody could concived a crossover between these two series, and there you are...
I begin reading with more curiosity of what could lead this mix, and you really surprise me of how you really adapt the character of Kazuma on the Kenichi's cast, and with that on mind, how you develop the events of, originally, Kenichi's path. You really manage very well every personality of the Ryozampaku's masters and how could connect with the neet.
I really like the little details of personality that you give to Kazuma, like his survivor's guilt. That gives room to dramatic scenarios, and give more complexity to the character. Even I am already thinking of how could be the first meeting with Odin (Ryuto), and he discover that Kenichi have died for saving him.
By the Kenichi side, I like too how you adapt the adventure, for his character, and always, looking for a comic situation, even more, when he is more noble that Kazuma, even if they two shared some background details.
I really hope that you can continue this one, because you really have something realy good here.

Alright that was a clever solution, in classic Kazuma style. Kenichi never really did much with Shigura from a weapons standpoint in canon, Kazuma should have less hang ups.
