Well, interesting times await Emiya, as his possible/future mother-in-law already knows about him, finding him interesting, especially due to the way her husband talks about the boy; hence he, unlike Rito, is on his way to getting to know her faster
Aside from clearing up the misunderstanding with Haruna (and Risa's point of view on Haruna's calm reaction to the aliens thing), much to Ryouko's amusement when Emiya tells her the anecdote, and while the scientist/nurse has fun at his expense and gives him a few jabs for his reckless nature in risking himself for her, she actually seems to appreciate him and hold him in high regard
Although the question she asked him, was it because of what Ishizu (the ghost) perceived from Emiya? hence the reason for her fear of being near him, hmm, would there be chances of her fearing getting trapped in Shirou's inner world? (could it happen?)
As for Yami, first of all, I assume that the appearance she took is that of Tearju (her creator/mother?) and second, mmm, well she is on her way to becoming part of the family, both because of her relationship with Mikan and because she would end up being Emiya's apprentice (I suppose that interesting times await Nemesis and Mea, since they would immediately appear on Emiya's radar)
As for Run, would the information she wants to tell him be true? - to know how to break Shirou's engagement with Lala - or would she come up with some nonsense about him becoming her fiancé, because I assume that when Run says she's Lala's rival, it's either because of who the most beautiful princess in the galaxy is or because of him (definitely the latter)
As well as Emiya's reaction if Run tells him her point of view of Ren's "friendship" crush on Lala, and how much Emiya could hold back from facepalming because of the absurdity of what he hears (that and seeing if here too, Run would eventually become an actress/idol)

Hi. Can you write a pokemon fic based on either the games or the Manga. With shirou emiya from any of the routes or oath under snow. That isn't a depressed gary stu who hates being a hero and has every girl who wants to ride his dick and is a God at cooking? The actual lore and dex entries are darker than the games and anime it would blend well with the theme of stay night there's not a lot of them especially with him it's mostly garbage fgo harem fics.
