Makes me wonder how the other heroines will change. If we use canon as a jumping point. Rin might willingly accept being bonded to the cursed sword if it would allow her to fight with Emiya on more equal footing as well as protect her mistress from superpowered aliens. Mikado and Yami will need to confront Tearju. Gid might just throw some more enemies his way if only to send an extra pointed message about the new Royal Consort.

Interesting direction you’re taking. Giving Risa more dimensions than she did in canon. Wonder what she did to warrant someone wanting her dead. If anyone can be called Emiya’s best friend in this world it would be either Mikado, Rin or Risa. While Rin is probably the most attuned to Emiya’s personality, Mikado is most like him in terms of maturity and personal history, Risa provides a welcome break from the usual craziness due to how accepting, easygoing and normal she is. Her being attacked possibly because of him probably hurts him more than he would admit.
