What a Twist in the End! I didn't expect it!
Is the Black Cat, Nemesis? Is it really Risa who got shot, or is it Kurosaki Mei the sister of Lunatique Eve?
Speaking of, I just remember that Eve aka Yami and Mei's Mothers are the Obvious Best Friends and Secret Lovers Duo of Lunatique Tearju and Ryouko Mikado due to how they look.
Anyways, there's multiple things that seems to be happening here as well. Nana is confused if she either likes or afraid of Emiya; Sephie Michaela Deviluke, the Mother of Lala Satalin Deviluke, is coming to Earth soon; and the sudden Assassination of Momioka Risa.
I can already tell that Nana isn't a part of this sudden event with Risa, but it is possible that the Queen of the Devilukian Empire os somehow connected with it, even though she's not that type of person from the series we've seen, but due to the fact of what we've seen here, it is quite possible.
This are some speculations of mine and I'm possibly wrong, but we'll never know till we see the next Chapter.

So Risa is more than what she appears to be, or someone takes her form to test Shirou, cliffhanger aside, that shows how much she matters to Shirou, given his reaction to seeing her hurt (Although the thing with the black cat, Nemesis?)
As for the rest, the imminent arrival of Lala's mother, as well as seeing Shirou spend quality time with his fiancée, and despite not being as she expected, she enjoyed it a lot, managing to create an invention together (which will make Lala truly treasure it, being something they did together) that works without the usual extras that the Princess includes
As well as seeing Momo invite chaos with her usual way of being, that and seeing Nana, apparently having fallen under Shirou's charm (she and Yui in this chapter), because the feelings she describes, would simply be jealousy, with a pinch of seeing her do a Rito and be ashamed of where she landed (Momo is going to be very envious of her), plus Lala's words
I wonder how much feasible or rather, what would be the reaction of Lala and the others, if they knew or saw the life of Counter Guardian Emiya? (and if not them, Lala's mother), at least I imagine more than one of the girls or Mikado crying, with Mikan stuck to him like glue (or Alaya reacting to seeing her name used for something as common as a vacuum cleaner)

Was that Nemesis just now, almost time for the mother’s official entrance, man in terms of timeline, we are going way too advanced though and plenty of mix up ahahahah, but i wonder what is out fav blonde assassin doing though?

I'm sure many people, like me, are expecting a battle between Emiya Shirou and Lala's father in the future. It will be amazing if their battle is broadcast throughout the Galaxy, including Earth itself, and how shocked everyone will be when Archer defeats the space emperor. It will be interesting when everyone finally learns the truth about Emiya Shirou and what he is really capable of. Moreover, how others will react to him when they learn the whole truth about him!
