Honestly, loved this story, it's hard getting good DBZ crossover pics that just don't see the other verse stomped around and I think you managed the fine line here between having Trunks be powerful while still having stuff he struggles with, especially the involvement of Towa and the movie villains will be a great thing for tension and shaking up things in the Singularities.
I also really like the banter and the dialogues between the characters, really captures well who they are and Trunks fits well amongst Chaldea, I especially love the different interactions he has with Fou and his Servants, his different personality from Rituska brings some different dynamics that would be interesting to see interacting with the other Servants that come up.
Really I think my only nitpick is the fact you sometimes put too much descriptions in times where it isn't needed, like in between dialogues that disrupt the flow or during fight scenes that get interrupted by characters musing about stuff, but really, that's my only complaint.
Fantastic story that I really hope gets updated soon, would love to see one day tackle stuff like the Lostbelts.

Of course Da Vinci would manage to turn a Tree of Might into a bonsai. That's hilarious.
However this does emphasize the point that the Tree of Might is neither good nor evil, and it's up to the user.
A sustainable Tree of Might that doesn't kill the planet would be IMMENSELY advantageous.

Damn, Lord Slug and Turtles in Septum? This is very interesting. Things might devolve into a 3-way fight between Chaldea, the Demon Pillars, and the DBZ Villains. So cool I'm excited for the next!

You know? Something have just occurred to me. I found it very strange that Trunks couldn't have detected Cu during Fuyuki and said that it was due to Salter emitting too much energy, IIRC that hasn't happened before in DB.
I think that Trunks could be not as good as feeling other's Kis as Gohan and the others. Remember that Trunks grew up fighting the androids, beings that he could sense, so maybe him bring over specialized made him not as good as the other Z fighters in this aspect.

Lol the Fou and Trunks interactions are a blast to read, also kinda interesting is Fou's reaction to a literal world destroying beast for the most part also a small nit pick since this is Z Trunks and not Super trunks he should be around 5'9 or so, so about average height not short like his father and mother who are both 5'5 and trunks in the beginning being around 5'7 in his debut and ending around 5'9 when he left the time chamber just a small heads up in case you are trying to keep him tiny.

I came after finishing your JJK x RWBY fic, the first chapters were a little tedious but I improved a lot, right now I really like it.
Although, one thing, I think Emiya and Cu aren't using Trunks' almost unlimited energy correctly, basically now they can spam Noble Phantasm (Gae Bolg, etc), I think it would also be good to show Trunks that he can die if he's not careful since some attacks are conceptual (Gae Bolg).
