that wasnt very smart of him
he turns his back on his assailants and gets cursed for it, so it wasnt confidence but a bluff made in overconfidence. then fully having the chance to make a big stink about this brutal attack he takes them down gently as possibly with more threats. you know the same threats he just made and got called out on. how long before he gets cursed in his back again?

Found this in someone's favorite list, decided to check it out and I got to say - it is of to a great start. Will finish this before tonight probably and then wait anxiously for an update.
Back in time stories (which I love - it's my vice) can be very cliche and silly but this does not seem to have that slimy feel to it. I like it.

just read the flashback and I can only see him after a few days in a dorm room full of others screaming names of people dying that isn't born yet. the Voldemort affiliated blacks won't have to hire anyone to do anything to him, because he will either be institutionalized or in Azkaban after waking up firing spells, hurting or killing a dorm mate. I liked it up until this point where you never resolved his flashback issues earlier. good luck but I won't bother reading to find out which chapter you have James and Sirius find out, before they should, he's James and lily's son.
