confused on timeline and hoping for help - according to official lore Plagueis was dead prior to the begining of episode 1 - in fact, i believe he was killed before Maul was actually Sidious official apprentice? How has the timeline skewed here, and was this intentional or an oversight?

just reread this chapter - am wondering about this sentence:
"...humans originated on Coruscant 20,000 years ago..."
Surely you did not mean that dominant Home Sapien or similar form only had 20,000 years to spread through the Galaxy? 20 million might work - but 20 thousand? Most of the 'official' books and timelines have the Jedaii existing over 100k years earlier, and logically you'd need millions of years of evolution to go from 'first humans' on Coruscant to them spreading throughout the Galaxy. Heck, it took humans about 10,000 years to go from living in caves to finally getting to the moon.
Love the story.
