I honestly wanted to like this story, but this is just bad. It's akin to sniffing a moldy egg casserole from the back of my fridge: a stupid waste of time for something rotten that belongs in the trash.
Now, I hope you can improve your writing, but that's not why I'm here. I'm sending this message on behalf of my dear friend (and an actual accomplished author) The Cowardly Christian.

Not sure what I was gonna expect from this chapter, but it was not why I thought it would be.
Seems Ash is still clueless about certain simple things even with a brother figure as smart as Ace in his corner.
I was hoping that Minnie the Raichu would battle, but hey, Jerry the Sandshrew displayed a great deal of battle tenacity against Ash's Pikachu and Pidgey and won both Rounds 1 and 2 in a clean sweep victory, albeit with difficulty.
Not sure what I was gonna expect from this chapter, but it was not why I thought it would be.
