I see nothing wrong with Urani's character, different, maybe, I don't know of many servants who share meals with the family. Many of the few that I know, I would prefer to share a meal with them because they often are more interesting than the host family.

once upon a time a woman had her face ripped off and eaten by her friends "pet chmpanzee" .. so .. yea .. wild animals are WILD.
and for the wild animals that were domesticated to be .. less wild? yep. it happens. scientific experiments were done to wild fox that were domesticated over many fox generations to be more doglike and accepting of human company.
it happens but it does work and nature can change ... Genetically ...

I had a good time reading the two Trek stories. It started off with a bang but kinda lost the plot in the middle. The end was simply telling and not showing. One can almost sense when you got tired of writing this story. The story became weirder and weirder, so much so that the characters are just names now. One is as replaceable as the next.
Harry's Trek - a story that ended up with neither Harry nor the Trek. It's a bit sad really.

It is stories like this one that keep me coming back here to Fanfiction. I get tired of sifting through tons of mediocre and/or awful stories, searching for that single gem, it feels like it takes ages. Then I come across this story, fairly well written with logical and consistent characters who make decisions that make sense for the plot and how the cannon characters stay true to character, just expanded on.
The biggest accolade I could heap on this story is it ends, with no Hiatus bullshit to deal with. If you Like Harry Potter and Star Trek then this is the crossover story for you.
