Ok, I was not expecting a new story and more with this premise, of Shirou in DanMachi, brought by none other than Zelretch, who gives him a mission and even seems to give him the "tools" to fulfill said assignment
Hence, not everything can be so simple, and Shirou, although he does not see it, strongly suspects that there is a catch.
Seven Servants, hmm, who could they be?, to begin with, maybe 7 different versions of Shirou, natives of DanMachi?, although I don't think, given what you mention about Demigods, that it would lead us, perhaps, to Shirou calling versions of FGO, of Demigods from the world of danmachi
And since it's about Shirou, and what a world this is, it remains to be seen how strong the Harem Protagonist Ex is here, and how many girls (or goddesses or Servants if among the 7 there are women too) will be interested in him, before that he can fulfill his goal, so he can meet with Artoria

First thought was that Shirou was going to summon nasuverse servants, but then zelretch say the foreigner servant thing. So i thought the servant will be from Danmachi, like Argonaut or Albert Waldstein. But again after reading the reactions of Tetis and Surya (just my guess) the summoned servants are more likely to be Demigods from any of the 2 worlds, or at least a servant with divinity

Is Shirou summoning a cohort filled with demigods?! damnn achilles for rider, Karna for Lancer, Gilgamesh for either caster or Archer for sure, for saber Either Saber Setanta or the Dioscuri twins, for caster I can only think of caster gil or Caster Cu as well as asclepsius, for assassin... I cant think of any that is a demigod, for berserker well heracles is the go to, though this is assuming Shirou is limited to one servant per class container and limited in servants with demigod/divine trait
