At this point the whole thing about Heroic Spirits from another world should be revealed. The whole misunderstanding about erased memories is only going to hinder and confuse everyone especially conserving the Singularities by the Dungeon.

Base on Danmachi info of spirits are basically Divine weapon sent by the god's to help humanity before they descended from heaven(it something related to the corrupted Spirit arc).

However, Nasuverse Spirit's are part of the world that embodies faith and mystery which probably what Shiro is about to say.
Spirit's are practically harmless unless they are elementals.
Divine and Heroic spirit are form from worship and tales what humanity believes.

I guess Shiro about to say a partial truth that related to the god's other name like Hestia to Vestia or Zeus to Jupiter. They are the same god but not the same personality.

The impossible made possible due to the power of the holy grail(even if it a fragment).

Shiro might also tell Loki that Jorm wasn't truly dead. His original is still at the abyss and the only one who know his lacation is odin, which Loki might started to hounded at the All-Father.

Oof, Loki is understandably not taking Jörmungandr's death well. Considering she's the Trickster God who in the original mythology brought about disasters and such, the worry over whatever plan she's brewing is warranted. Alfia and Apollo will definitely bear the brunt of it for obvious reasons, even though they're currently experiencing a loss. I think the sun god would actually welcome Loki killing him, considering his grief.

But for now, Shirou is finally going to reveal the nature of the Servants as Spirits who are already dead but got brought back by a Master/Zelretch... At least, if I remember correctly. It does fit into the narrative of how the gods wouldn't remember their kids since they were already gone, to begin with. I honestly think some of them would believe it to be a mercy because the pain of losing their children would be a terrible thing to bear.
