A curious chapter now from Fate's point of view, first what she thinks of the situation between Lutecia and Shirou and the bond that is forming between them; apart from seeing her and Nanoha, dealing with Regius who seems insistent, if I understand correctly, in having Shirou under his wing (which makes him suspicious, more so because his secretary is one of the Numbers - Uno or Quattro - hence you could consider whether or not he is an ally of the Doctor)
In addition to the detail that apparently, off camera (because I don't remember that part of the last chapter), Caro and Erio (who Fate tells Shirou about his past), found Vivio in a pod with a relic (correctly believing the girl to be one of Jail's experiments); and also being here that Shirou meets his future daughter for the first time, err Vivio; When he and Lutecia were fishing (surprisingly on Subaru's recommendation), when Shirou's new "little sister" was finally going to catch something, it turns out that what they pull out of the water is Vivio (hence the name of the chapter)
To Fate's relief, since she and Signum were looking for her, since she had disappeared from the orphanage (did she fall into the river?), in addition to the fact that here it is Fate who decides to adopt Vivio (which would make her Erio's sister?, if he were also adopted by Fate here), after seeing the example of Shirou with Lutecia (another slight change), heh, unintentionally, the Takamichi-Emiya-Testarossa family is slowly forming (Shirou, Nanoha, Fate, Arf? - Fate's familiar - and the Chibis: Lutecia - Agito? -, Vivio)
Also seeing Shirou offering words of comfort and encouragement to Fate, for her growing doubts and insecurities about whether she will be up to the task of raising Vivio, with Shirou talking about his past and his experiences with Kiritsugu (with Lutecia and Agito paying attention; I wonder how she and the rest would react, knowing Shirou's full story, how he ended up as an orphan and was rescued by Kiritsugu, not to mention the detail of his future self and the path he took; at least see the girls crying and hugging him), as an example that she can do a good job with Vivio; and while she tries to tease him about needing his help to raise Vivio, to which he doesn't refuse and his answer would have been perfect to make the blonde blush (and I hope to see everyone's reaction when Vivio starts calling Fate Mom, and Shirou Dad)
Who, Fate, is also surprised to see/confirm the curious dynamics of the Emiya residence, in the sense of her surprise, seeing how familiar Teana and Subaru are with him, to the point of the blue-haired girl being in a top and shorts, sleeping relaxed on his couch; apart from seeing Fate accept Shirou's offer to stay and eat with them, after Teana comments and recommends how good Shirou's food is, who also offers to teach her how to prepare some dishes for when Vivio starts living with her; which Fate accepts (partly because of that and because she slightly feels left out of something that seems fun, after hearing what Nanoha tells her)
Even in another world, little by little, Shirou's home becomes a place frequented by many, both for the environment and the food, they will definitely need a bigger house, and more so when Hayate and her Knights or the Numbers who are eventually turned into good guys start visiting them (it wouldn't be strange to see Shirou try to help several of them, after defeating Jail)
Aside from the detail of Zest having sent Agito with Lutecia and the girl being the new master of the Unison Device (interesting change, given that in canon, if I remember correctly, it is Signum who gets Agito; by the way, when Agito boasts that Shirou may be jealous of her new master, there seems to be Lutecia's name missing to make that part more understandable; that and see how, I suppose you could say, possessive, err, protective is Lu of her Shirou, as shown by the notion of having to share him with someone else; as when we see him, when he reassures Vivio, who did not want to let go of Lutecia, after him creating a copy of Vivios stuffed animal, and Shirou promises, to calm her down, with toys and food, that our red-haired protagonist, receives a pinch from the girl in his charge, when Lutecia tries to stop Shirou from continuing to talk, which a very amused Fate notes

A pretty good chapter this one.
I really enjoyed the interactions in this chapter and it was amusing to see Fate getting flashed point blank by Shirou's Harem Protagonist charisma.
Although i was expecting Shirou to actually decide to make dolls for Vivio with his own hands rather than just buying them. His househusband skills are certaintly up to the task as it would make it for a more touching gesture that he makes her personalized dolls. Those could become precious objects for Vivio when she grows up.

Back from the dead eh?
The whole fishing scenario was hilarious... specially lutecia throwing vivio back in the waters and later vivio latching onto lutecia. It felt like something straight out of konosuba.
For a moment there, i thought the whole 'artificial human girl' was a buildup for ilya. Glad that wasn't the case
