Nitpick, but Harry already as much as said he KNEW that it was V in his scar to the Healer and his description to TongueRipper looks like dissembling at best. While his basic explanation works and is believable, the Healer should be able to verify what he is saying is possible but is unlikely to help when Harry is obviously not telling them the truth.

A conundrum - how to let the goblins know about Horcruxes without giving away all your secrets. I do think the Quirrell explanation helped a lot. And his scar does react to any portion of Tommy Boy. So, he's not really lying - just not being extra informative of what he knows.

Ok you brought Harry back from the future. Why are you making him so stupid. I'm not saying he has to be super smart or powerfull but really.
You have him lost in memories, or lost in thought way too much it's not very realistic. I do like the premise of the story but common how does he know that Hermione is not his soul mate, and if you say oh it's because he sees her as his sister I'll put a boot up your ass. He has no idea how a sibling relationship goes. I have 10 brothers and sisters and at no time did I ever feel like Harry does with Hermione, just the thought creeps me out. Quit treating harry like he's of low iq member his mom and pop were very intelligent people so why is he so stupid. You have him looking and sounding barley more intelligent than Ron and we both know how dumb Ron is.
Other than that not a bad story, cold be better but not bad.

The stories problem is micromanaging. Not only the plot suffers from it but the actual characters too like Dumbledore.

Maintaining lies is too much work. It's why alibis need to closely match the truth or not be offered at all. I look forward to seeing what potions or weapons the metals create.
Even though he has told Hermione about the time travel, he doesn't owe her everything. She is a spoilt only child so has rarely heard no. It's past time for a reality check You have many plotlines going so consider laying off it for a while. Yes, she is his soulmate but her additional stress impedes the mission.
