Oh you fucking bitch you killed her. Man I was liking her too. It also upsets me that if she didn't correct Rookwork then the ritual might not have worked at all. Kill them all, kill them all, burn their bodies Harry. You also mentioned that things that had cemented themselves in myth would be unaffected by his instant death. So would any of the greater fomorians be affected by it since the majority of human populace doesn't remember them all or is just the simple remembrance of fear enough to hold them permanent. Also would moldy get completely destroyed by instant death then. Or has he begun a sort of apotheosis and Harry still needs to remove the piece of the soul that is attached.

It won't make sense for voldy to survive this fight one of them should die

The Still and Lightless Beast, in shadows cloaked,
Its ancient power, dark and cold, evoked,
Of secrets deep, in darkest hour,
Revealing, uncovering, the truth laid bare.
Then sudden Fúamnach, in despair,
The Bane of Étain, Midir's fear,
Sang in answer a song of sacrifice,
Resisting, battling against the Beast's vice,
Of life relinquished, a final stand,
To free the Hunt from the Beast's command.

Backwards and forwards swayed their wills,
As shadows crept o'er silent hills.
The ritual swelled, dark magic rent,
While Fúamnach's strength was nearly spent.
She heard the whispers of her past,
The call of Knott and Branch, names that last,
Beyond the veil, in Tír na nÓg,
Where sorrow fades, and joy will grow.

Then the gloom gathered; darkness fell,
In Mag Tuired, where secrets dwell.
The Formorians stirred, their chains undone,
As Fúamnach's life was nearly gone.
The Bella in the wych-elm tree,
Matron of Knott and Branch, so free,
With silver blade, she sealed her fate,
To thwart the plans of Túatha Dé's hate.

The Hunt unleashed, its fury burned,
As Fúamnach's sacrifice was learned.
Her body lay, forever stilled,
Her final act, her promise fulfilled.
The battle still rages, the end unclear,
But through it all, her gift shines clear.
In Harry's eyes, the amber gleamed,
As Fúamnach's last gift was redeemed.

The Witch of Brí Léith, now laid to rest,
Her legacy, in the Heir's quest,
The Circle of Knott and Branch, her kin,
Through them, her magic lives again.
In tales of old, her name still rings,
Fúamnach, the one who gave everything,
To shield the world from Indech' blight,
And grant the Hunt its righteous might.

That escalated quite a bit.

Another great chapter. Only one thing wrong. I don't like the two week wait. LOL.

Hopefully we get an explanation of how an immortal Fuamnach was even superficially injured by recently broken out of Azkaban Bellatrix.

This is amazing.

Oh shit...

Good fight! Sorry to see Fuamnach go, though.

Harry's got his work cut out for him this time, but he'll pull through. He's better prepared, a little older in spirit, stronger in body and magic, and determined to see his friends and family will be safe. Voldemort is about to become the world's first screaming weapon of monster destruction. It would be hilarious to see that punk get picked up and used to bash a Formorian over the head.

I loved the past two chapters, I don't have too much too say other than be absolutely on the edge of my seat waiting for the next chapter. I can't wait and I absolutely can't wait for the fight in the next chapter.

I really dont think this Being is after Harry, I think they're really after Voldemort. Unless Harry's soul somehow spit in their face during 1981's Halloween, (and lets be honest, i could see that happening) Voldemort's Horcruxes would definetely be a slap in the face. Fracturing and splitting a soul so completely so many times, would definetely offend any being that rules over death.

I love Harry's relationship with Ron and Mione, the fact they've stuck with him long enough to just ignore the Hunt is both impressive and sweet.

Oh my fucking God... Is Voldemort suffering from ADHD? Please let it be true because it would be so funny. I like the depiction of Voldy's mental palace, a grand library within the Chamber sounds just like him, the clear mental image and the fact he can pretty easily put everything back together cements him as a master of Occlumency

Holy shit, Elberta! The name tickled the back of my brain so I went back to The Heir and The Champions to check, and yeah, she's Angelina's mom. I also really like Voldy's reaction to her, he couldn't care less that she eloped with a muggle, but I think he could appreciate the amusement if nothing else, only for that to be overwhelmed by annoyance the moment she steps in his toes by stealing the scrolls he wanted. Also, I thought she found Clarent and not Caliburn, or did she actually find both? That'd be cool.

I think I already mentioned this before but I love how Voldy isn't just "I'm strong and if you're not on my level you are a bug!", yes, he does value a person's strength, but he also knows that manipulating the weak is useful. He manipulates Rodrick emotionally very well, by making him think something bad will happen only to cut the tension with empty praise, just to incentivize the boy to be a bit better, a bit more useful next time.

Morrí's and Scátty's hate boner for each other never ceases to amuse me.

I had completely forgotten that the one who cursed Cú to die during that battle was Morrí. You really have to wonder how Cú feels about that whole mess now that he's a doggo and she's just casually talking about it in the same room like he's not even there. She's either doing it on purpose or just simply doesn't care because there's no way in hell she doesn't know that Cú is the dog.

"There were very few creatures on this earth that he felt he could not overcome, the Nunda was one..." Brother man, you'll be in for a nasty surprise when shows up.

He says he can defeat any ordinary dragon, but is this thought born out of the misconception that dragons are just ordinary magical beasts? With the way you depicted dragons during the Tri-Wizard Tournament, it's shown that they are way more powerful than people give them credit for, or, is there a classification of lesser and greater dragons?

It also makes me wonder if this Albion is actually the same one Merlin spoke about or if it's just a PR strategy, and if it really is the same Albion from Arthurian legend, is it simply a really powerful dragon or does it have Divine qualities to it like Fafnir?

Voldy's ADHD attacks again.

Petunia... you are a whole ass bitch for everything you did to Harry, but spitting on Voldy? You earned quite a few points in my book for that one. Also, "...no one had dared do since his third year at Hogwarts..." Who the fuck did the before and are they still alive to tell the tale? (they probably aren't)

Your ability to turn the most nothing characters ever into ones so entertaining to read needs to be studied. I didn't even remember that Rooky was in canon.

I really like the idea of having someone working for Voldy who isn't evil, but simply uncaring y'know? Like "Well, the good guys didn't let me do what I want, so I went to the other side, nothing against the muggles or whatever". His character also helps to demonstrate Voldy's "human" side, I cannot for the life of me ever imagine canon Voldy talking to a Death Eater as nothing more than a pet, but your Voldy actually respects some of his followers, and for fucks sake, he makes a cuppa for the guy! Props to Rookwood for finally officializing the nickname "Voldy"

ADHD strikes for the third time...

The "hot and cold" game is a really clever way of bypassing the contracts and since Rookhood was an Unspeakable in canon it's perfectly reasonable that he would already have all the information about the divine.

Okay, listen, I think that Morrí spealling the beans to Harry right now is a terrible decision. A huge fight is about to happen and messing with your Champion's mental state before it is a bad bad idea. Yes, you could argue that ripping the band-aid now is a better option than letting Voldy do it in the middle of said fight, but, ripping the band-aid off is one thing, cutting Delphini off before she can explain her current circumstance is something else entirely, all it was gonna take was an "I'm passing information to Dumbledore" or "I betrayed snake-face". Now, not only is Harry emotionally unstable but Voldy gonna have a very fresh wound to rub salt on, where beforehand, Harry could have simply dismissed any accusations towards Delphini as mere trickery.

All in all, I think Morrí just did it because she's salty that Delphini got into Harry's pants before her.

Luna being assertive is something I don't think we've ever seen of her, and I really don't like the implication that she's gonna use herself as bait. May the Gods have mercy on Harry's soul if anything happens to her because the Lord of Cats will not.

Once is an accident twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern, four times and it's a confirmation that whatever bond Harry and Voldy have is transmitting ADHD. Hey, look at the bright side snake-face, you got a lot more work done in that translation than you would otherwise.

I'm embarrassed by how long it took me to realize the parallels between Voldy and Harry both having their best friends be their pets.

OH, OH NO. If the ADHD is being passed and Voldy reacted faster than he would have normally... shit, is he inheriting all of Harry's Domains?

And the Formorians finally make direct contact, that's it folks, here's where everything is gonna go to shit.

I love how Voldy just does not give a shit that this weird unknown being just invaded his house, he's just "Oh, so you want the light off because it hurts you? Aight, bet" *creates the fucking sun out of magic*

Completely out of pocket theory, when Rayner says "To quote an old… acquaintance of mine. Sometimes not seeing something is quite a good thing" He's talking about Lovecraft, isn't he? The Fomorians being these abstract representations of fear, that feed on fear seem to fit incredibly well in the Lovecraftian mythos, and it would also explain why the man was such a freak irl.

There's also the confirmation that Hestia and Flora are both half-formorian, which explains the weirdness that happened on the Express (something I had to double-check because I completely forgot about it). Also related to the scene on the Express: Luna talked about how "The Stranger does that to you", referring to the creepiness surrounding the twins, so I did a cheeky CtrlF and found out that The Stranger is also the Formorian Harry killed in the lighthouse, so funnily enough, the twins could call upon 2 blood debts. And it also makes Harry ask "Whose dad did I kill this time" 100 times funnier, because yes, he did kill their dad.

Going back to Voldy and Ray's conversation. The Washer of Fens is Morrí and I'm assuming that the Six-Eyes is the Morrígna, since there are 3 of them, meaning 6 eyes in total. And, oh yeah, the Morrígan is the Irish counterpart of the Fates... somehow I keep forgetting about that.

Balor the Lightless Flame, Cathlenn the Ceaseless Watcher, Cichol the Bloody Piper, Indech the Forever Blind... Jesus, these sound straight out of a From Software game. I'm looking forward to their appearance while dreading it all the same.

So the Formorians don't care about ruling the isles? Yeah, that sounds about right, honestly. So long as enough fear and torment is being generated they have no reason to care about its source, and if they have someone who's more than willing to give what they want, why would they go out of their way to rule the place? If they want kingdoms of their own, the Reverse Side will be more favorable than the Mortal Plane anyway.

Man, Harry really is giving Ichigo a run for his money in the "genetic lottery" category. So he's a Legacy of Tethra of the Briar, the only I see this being possible is because he is Connla's reincarnation. Tethra died by Scátty's hand so I doubt he'd be siering more children, and the only descendants we know about are Aoifé, Scátty, and Connla. Since some of the soul's information is maintained even through reincarnation, this is the only thing I can think of.

And off to Mag Tuired we go! First the Firbolgs, then the Formorians, and now the Formorians again. The Dé Danann sure likes to tear the place up, eh?

I like the pre-battle banter between Morrí and Harry, I couldn't stop a smile spreading through my face when Harry whined about the Hedge.

I do not, however, like that Morrí said Fúa would make no difference. This comes shortly after Ray explains that she can see the future. Normally, having an ally say this after sending the good guys into battle could make you think "Oh, so they're gonna win alright", but we're talking about Morrí here, and as much as she likes Harry, I'm sure she's willing to sacrifice a few of his friends so long as the objective is achieved.

The image of Voldy treating the Formorians like children is funny to me, seriously, they won't stop biting and bickering with each other and are easily bribed by their favorite food. Voldy is running either a kindergarten or a kennel.

I have to say, I really like how Voldy applies the logic of "modern problems require modern solutions" here, why look for deeply traumatized people when we can traumatize them ourselves?

Holy shit, my body is so ready for this fight! Silver eyes means the Moon Domains is being used too!

To finish this review, another crack theory: This won't be the last time Harry fights Voldemort. Why? Well, on the writer's notes you said "Round Two" instead of "Final Round", and while talking about Victoria Carrow, Ray says that she is "dead in all the ways that matter" and finally the narration states "...one way or another, one of them was not leaving Mag Turied alive." sure, it could be saying that "it doesn't matter what it takes one is killing the other", but what if it doesn't?

So here's the idea: Voldy frees the Formorians but Harry gives him a lethal wound, then, one of the Formorian kings eats Voldy and takes him onto himself, or better yet, Voldy becomes some kind of Formorian. Voldemort dies "in all ways that matter", since he isn't "Voldemort" anymore, so the prophecy is concluded, but he still exists in the world as something like a living curse.
