I am so excited about the next 4-5 chapters. So many good things coming together. I will probably forgive you if Sirius dies in the coming ministry battle but I sincerely hope he doesn't _/\_
This may sound silly but why can't any of the gods fix Harry's malnourished body? I am aware the meta reason is because the plot can require certain events where Harry needs to be overpowered. But in story, why doesn't Artemis ask Apollo to heal him or one of the Celtic gods who like Harry like Scathach do it instead? Harry saved Theos and Fuamnach during their quest, even she could do him a good turn and heal him no?

I'm glad Harry didn't kill the guy, it means he's learning how to hold back better. On the other hand, gaining a new Blood Debt with the same family not 2 months after the previous Blood Debt would be a bit funny.
Did anyone doubt what the outcome would be? We have Lugh motherfucking Long Arm on our side.
One of the tropes I love most is when a fight breaks out when there are people doing a live performance and instead of stopping they just pick up the pace and give the brawl a soundtrack, and I'm so glad even magical instruments understand how good the trope is.
AND HERE COMES LUNA WITH A WISKEY BOTTLE! Best assist ever.
I know that Carrow died right after it happened, but props to him for (unknowingly) giving a god the middle finger and running away instead of staying and fighting. It was cowardly and he still died but frustrating a god is as much of a win as you can get as a mortal.
So Delphini put together that Harry's mom is Diana (technically Artemis) and she knows that Diana is a Goddess of the Hunt, but she doesn't know that she's a Virgin Goddess? She should be questioning just how a Goddess sworn to virginity managed to have a kid. And then immediately understand that she is going to be very, very protective of her son when it comes to relationships.
Lugh's conversation with Harry was very wholesome. Boyo already has 3 mother figures at this point, give him some more dads to even the scales. "I'm proud of the man you are becoming" it's just so fucking adorable.
Wait, weren't Scátty and Aoife both half-Formorians? And he fed her to another Formorian? Oh yeah, that doesn't sound like it'll come back to bite us in the ass at all! Seriously, if Aoife's soul takes over the Formorian's body someone better break a whiskey bottle over Lugh's head.
...And Luna's drunk... I was tempted to call her "lightweight" for a second, but she was drinking the same thing Brig and Lugh were so the fact she's just drunk and not dead from instant cirrhosis means she can handle it pretty well. Benefits of once being Fand, I guess.
What were Delphini and Brig talking about that they didn't want Harry to hear? Hopefully, it involves the 3 of them on Valentines. I mean, Brig pretty much said "I'd rather do you both rather than just you"
Brig has an interesting view on, what I guess you could call The World, or you might call it The Universe, or perhaps God, or perhaps the Truth... Either way, it's always interesting to hear gods talking about other religions in a world where they are all true.
Come on Harry, you got hit with Avada as a baby and survived, you were touched by a spell that imposes the concept of Death into anything it touches and survived, how can you be confused by what "Death-touched" and "surviving death" mean?
A new student? Now that brings quite a few possibilities. Are they going to transfer into Harry's year? Will they be a 1st year? Are they Brig's child? Is Brig herself gonna enroll as a student? (probably not, but I can see her trying)
I don't know why but I just couldn't stop laughing at Luna ordering the door to open, it just ticked my brain the right way for some reason.
I like Frank already he seems to be a bro, understood what happened and was cool with it, gave Harry direction without giving him shit, and even wanted to be invited for the next time. I'm glad to see Harry's circle of -if not friends- acquaintances just keeps growing.
Harry's and Luna's relationship is just all-around cute. If Delphini does kick the bucket I wouldn't be surprised if Luna became a love interest, or at least part of the official Magical Harem.

Got a few things on the story so far
First I like the evolution of the Morrigain. When she first showed up talking about how the people were hers to slaughter, etc, as she whished, I thought: We have another batshit crazy god/queen who didn't like how things were changing and got increasingly more savage and tyrannical until the people under her had enough, sparked a rebellion, and showed the Romans how to seal the bitch away only for the Romans to expand that to every god of the isles. When she came back I figured, here we go, she's gonna go off not like how the way the world is and try and return it to how it used to be, she's gonna go kill the Queen because Lizzy2 isn't gonna kneel or worship her ever, then she'll keep up the slaughter until she gets a good puppet. She'll fuck up both the Statute and the Mist... And etc.
Thankfully that hasn't happened and her character while still a bitch and still scheming, is much more level headed than that and the truth about what happened in the past is much better. I still worry she's gonna get a bigger head and FAFO, but I'm no longer worried she's gonna off the normy government and start oppressing the people. Basically I don't think she's gonna turn into Queen Andais from Merry Gentry. (Look it up)
The current thing that's itching my brain is the Three Brothers and starlight and winter. I think FBE is related to this. What could be considered a blasphemy bad enough to do that. Mortals have killed the divine before, mortals have sacrificed hundreds in rituals before, mortals have stolen from gods and cheated death before, so what could have been so bad that it required what happened to S&W.
My theory: the brothers didn't earn anything from death or a death god, they stole it, and they didn't steal from a god/goddess or even a Titan they stole from Death, the cosmic entity "more primordial than the elements themselves" (bonus points to any who get that ref). Death like the one from Marvel, death like one of the big four: Life Death Chaos Order/Void. Something older than any pantheon, like the Hunt. And both FBE and Didi are the same person: Death. And the reason she wanted Harry to walk through the Veil is (A) Harry escaped Death and she never likes that, and (B) Harry had his cloak with him. He had part of her stolen power and she wants it back. He walks it through the Veil she gets it back. At first I though both Didi and FBE were Aífe but I've had my doubts, now after this chapter and her in the stomach of a Fomorian I'm pretty sure they can't be her.

Lugh smiting the Carrows - verra nice! The death eaters still have no idea of how much the game has changed. Loved the little bit about Christianity, and Bridgid's "faith". Given the nature of the gods, it's natural that she would be changed by being worshipped as a saint. Cool idea.

I love this story, bith in concept and execution (though i admit when i was in bad moods i have left some unflattering reviews about tense consistentsy and grammer) but overall i am very supportive of this story and i have followed it since the first book of the series was only half complete.
I dont want anyone who is looking at the top comments deciding whether or not they want to read this story to get the wrong impression reading this. This story is very cool and
All that said, this isnt my favorite chapter, Cernunnos has been, for almost the enirety of this story as some sort of gritty, hardcore hunter dude who can stare down Artemis at her maddest and is like the uncle your mom doesnt want you to associate with cause he is a criminal and such. Then this chapter he becomes some incompetent berserker who gets suprised like four times by very predictable things, gets disracted mid hunt by turning to someone who calls his name instead of looking for the danger they warned about (literally Hermione did better than this, even if she froze) and then couldnt get out from under the cat. While admittedly the cat is super durable at this point, and no doubt dangerous as all crap to mortals and even gods (i do really like the cat adapting instead of just becoming immune). However, most of Ca Palugs power is his adaptive defense and immunity, and while his brute strength isnt anything to be laughed at on a mortal level, it doesnt make since that a melee range hunter god couldnt have the sheer strength to unpin himself. Ofc im not saying he should punch Ca Palug out like Nuadha’s final form or whatever that was, but at least getting the cat off him shouldnt have been to hard right?
Also Nuadha going from grumpy old veteran who swears like a sailor into ultra-form young looking paladin!Nuadha who is spewing a well articulated manifesto mid-fight was a little odd.

I love this story, bith in concept and execution (though i admit when i was in bad moods i have left some unflattering reviews about tense consistentsy and grammer) but overall i am very supportive of this story and i have followed it since the first book of the series was only half complete.
I dont want anyone who is looking at the top comments deciding whether or not they want to read this story to get the wrong impression reading this. This story is very cool and should be read by anyone who wants a good PJO/HP crossover. This chapter, which i mostky complain about afterwards has multiple great aspects. Sirius doing his thing (which i wont spoil) was hilarious, Hermiones enchanted arrows and Ron directing an army of mini-knights were both awesome and very incharacter and i want to see more. I could go on but i have a thing i have to do in a couple minutes. Basically, if i dont complain about it here, I actually really like it. And even the things i do bring up i dont think are major issues, they just threw off my immersion fairly significantly.
