Keep up the great work. Loved this story. Was the highlight of my week when a new chapter came out. You deserve a break from writing. Can’t wait until the next story begins.

*tries not to cry* *cries a lot* well atleast some people got a happy ending. I cant think of much else that's better than eternity in paradise with the one you love. I love your work and can't wait to see what you write next! It's undoubted that it will be fantastic!

RIP Sirius and Atalanta

Ngl i had thought about Voldemort seeming to be way too string physically, but i kinda waved it away as “magic construct body” or just “for plot.” Im glad to see you actually had a good reason

I like the star of this chapter. It shows how Arty acts as a mom who's very excited to go on a field trip with her son, it's honestly quite cute... then you realize that for this trip to happen she's just letting the largest pack of Chimera run around unchecked and that not only does she not care about people dying but the fact that the Chimera "raided villages and killed many locals" only makes her more excited. Honestly, it's a great way of showing the love of a deity: genuine, but completely outside morality and common sense.
The rest of the chapter is just a gigantic fucking cup of steaming depresso.
Artemis realizing what happened and, ironically, praying to be someone else and hating herself for it... it's honestly very relatable, it's very realistic, and it's so very human. When Daphnis began crying my heart fucking broke man. And him still deciding to go with preparing Atalanta's rite? God damint all.
Not to mention all of the other Hunters. I had taken all of their interactions for granted, Atalanta being there was just a natural part of the Hunt, and now the whole structure of their relationship has taken a huge blow. Artemis was completely right, there's a lioness-shaped hole within the Hunt.
As for Zoë, yeah, she and Atalanta never really got along but I believe she'll be feeling her absence in the long term. Like I said, Atalanta was a natural part of the Hunt, she was there from the beginning alongside Zoë. Maybe if Zoë didn't have any character development she'd just stay stoic about it, but now that she went through the "Harry Potter experience" I think she'll miss her arguments with Atalanta, even if she herself won't notice it.
Heh, to take a breather from all the sadness we now have the mental image of Arty complaining to Leto about Hera like a little brat.
It's also nice one of the rare moments where Zeus is being soft. Even if he is plotting something, he also shows genuine care when he notices Artemis' state.
Okay, so Morrí and Hera have to be talking about Magicians, right? With the whole "they'll be hated by your side, but be accepted here", which does justify Hera's interest in Harry. But I'm more concerned with the overall context of this exchange, why were they even talking about it in the first place?
Arty and Morrí have a weird dynamic, but it's entertaining to witness nonetheless. They both have their own things going on and to their mutual dismay, it all centers around Harry. Artemis just cannot accept Morrí's words about Atalanta, despite them being genuine, and she also cannot comprehend Morrí being genuinely remorseful that all of this happened. Morrí is still fae though, so she also plays with Arty right there at the end, when she uses her future sight to see if Harry will come back before letting Artemis in.
Shit, Tonks is completely shell-shocked. Losing someone so close right after he had gotten out of prison, and then having to be one to give the news to his best friend. Fuck my life, Lupin is the only Marauder left.
Tf did Cecilia give Arty? Reading ahead it's Tauropolos, but why did the veins appear? Is it because Atalanta died by Avada?
Cernunnos, despite all of his brashness, is still a Hunt brother to Artemis, and it's nice to see that he respects her and honors all brave hunters, even the ones from other pantheons.
That fucking description of Sirius's shroud... I am NOT well.
Albus is obviously not doing well either, the man is very flawed, but god damn it he's trying, having to deal with this kind of bullshit at 117 years of age is asking for a lot, and given his position as the leader of it all he can't even stop to take a proper breather. By the time the next day comes, everyone on the wixen side is expecting him to go back to acting as the headmaster and lead them, mostly those who are not in the known, but even the ones who know what is going on will unconsciously rely on Albus when they are lost, probably not realizing that the man also needs time to sort things out himself. The pressure is insane.
Manannán having to keep lookout for his friend's castle while he is desperately worried about his wife must be torturous, but the fact he still chose to do it anyway goes to show how much of a bro he truly is.
The one who claimed Sirius is obviously Hestia, she pretty much became the patron goddess of Sirius' branch of the House of Black.
Fuck the talk between Arty and Harry made me emotional, there's not much to comment about it, but it's just so sweet to see them being there for each other.
Harry will come back and kill Voldemort, we didn't even need Morrí to use future-sight to know, so the fact he's forgoing Hogwarts means he is cooling something to use against Voldemort, because as it stands he has no way of defeating a fully realized Magician.

It hurts to read this. It hurts to see how much agony everyone is in. It hurts to know that there is more pain to come for all of our beloved characters, our friends. You are a phenomenal author, and I can't wait for the next book. Thank you, Kingsaxcul, for taking such care in your writing to ensure that your readers feel every letter of every word.

Atalanta and sirius are gone.
If somehow the ended in the same place at least they will get the relationship they never had in life...

Rest in peace Guarddog Sirius and Momma Bear Atlanta may your souls be judge worthy of Elysium. Also Hestia coming in clutch with the shroud so the family can have something to bury.
