Usually, I hate the trope of, "Just for fun let's get "Holy Grail" from ass, which somehow invokes servants from the parallel world, and make another HGW but crossover " but, surprisingly, in Danmachi it can actually be possible to execute. BUT, the usual heroic spirits, will be literally no one and too weak to compete or cannot be summoned. For example Artoria. She will be one of the weakest servants ever if summoned, because Danmachi has no Excalibur so far, so her sword will be just a fancy stick. So the servants that could be summoned, are either divine spirits (which means Gods, or demigods, because they are naturally just super strong and do not rely on specific weapon), or heroes that do not associate with a specific weapon(Like assassin Kojiro). But even without this downgrade of power, heroes like Iskandar, Da Vinci, Artoria, most of Argounats, and many others, are non-summonable because they never existed in the first place, and no one knows them. EMIYA exception, because he is Guardian and exists outside of all this shit, and prob could be summoned anywhere, where humanity preserves and live on, also he is summoned by Goddess of Justice. But you can consider summon demigods and gods as divine spirits, so spirits like Karna, Artemis, and others should be summonable, though the demigods are also under question, so if you want, you can change the gender as well lol(BECAUSE, demigods have at least one human parent, so Karna that born by princess Kunti, can do not even exist, or be in another gender, as danmachi is another what if world). By the way, just imagine, you summon Fate Ishtar, and the pure comedy when she sees the Danmachi Ishtar... there is going to be bloodshed.
Though I can easily see, that if HGW will start, the Ruler servant(hope it will be Jeanne(most favorite female servant so far, and think that Jeanne x Archer is WAY MORE logical than with boring Saber)) will be invoked as well. But I guess, according to our setting, only Astarte could be a Ruler Servant.
Nevertheless, author, you can make anything you want, but I hope that at least this part will not be overlooked. EMIYA is literally anamaly on its own, but other heroic spirits, have nothing to do in this world. TBH, I hope that all this shit with summoning other servants will not be included, and Archer will be only and solo servant, but do as you wish. I will read it regardless of the result. I enjoy quite a lot your writing, the way you portray Archer(at least you do not make him a cynical and dead inside edgy man, cause in reality, he is just super serious because they are in the middle of HGW where 6 other entities could possibly destroy the world if they go rampage, hell in LN he does not even joke around much, just professional that has duties of a guardian, not cynical and not sarcastic), and the development of story. So far I have only an objection to power scaling, but let's just assume, that Archer is even weaker, because he is summoned in an alternative world with different laws. I am waiting for the next chapter, hopefully next month. It is a shame, that your work is not as popular as others with generic OC and a shitty plot. I've read read everything from chapter 1 to the current and I like the premise. A few nitpick though. First I don't think a mortal would be dumb enough try what what they insuented with a Goddess. God's can emitt their authority compelling mortals to obey. Second the fight between Emiya and Alise. The whole suicidal fighting style was over dramatized by Gabriel Blessing. Using feints in a fight isn't really suicidal and is a legitimate tactic. I feel like level 1 adventures would be equal to shadow servant in terms of power.
Compared to other servants EMIYA falls in the more average class making up for his average stats with ingenuity.
I like the the contract between EMIYA and Astraea though. Although I feel like Emiya could mixe truth up a little bit. Maybe something like mentioning he was contracted to a "Goddess" (Ayla) before coming to Orario in a passing conversation. And that has an effect on how he interacts with the currnent world he's in. Probably be like a vacation for him

His interactions with with the other characters I found amusing. From the Astraea familia to "Syr" to the Varma sisters. As for Tsubaki yeah I can see Emiya working as a blacksmith considering he's possibly a descendent of Muramasa and his abilities revolve around swords and bladed weaponry

For further references, Danmachi's Gareth who is lvl 6 Adventurer, lift a galleon which weigh on average about 500 to 2000 ton, so at average 1250 tons which is a lot more than 2 tons and 10 tons. Keep in mind Gareth is very STR based so not only lvl 6 is really rare in Danmachi, even other lvl 6s can't do what he can do. And it seems to be implied they can't.
With this, I've told you the minimum of what Servant strength is and the current known Maximum of what Danmachi Adventurer can do.

Since you said you are not really knowledgeable for both sides, I'd give some reference for power scaling. In Fate, an E rank STR Servant can lift 2 tons. Anastasia lift Ivan and carry him on her back who is like 5x her size, weighing 2 tons. And if we were to believe the fate lore and real lore to be the same, Riyu Jingu Bang is then 8 tons and Xuanzang who is E rank STR Servant can lift it.
Medusa who is C rank STR Servant, throws a roadroller, which can weigh from 3 tons to 15 tons, so at average is 9 tons, like it's nothing. B rank STR Servant would be even more above that, and that is above most things in Danmachi. Alise being B rank is kinda...Well this is a fanfic so I guess it's fine.
You probably like many misunderstood the parameter number Nasu use. E rank is 10, so many thought 1 is human. This is not the case, what "1" exactly is, is unknown. It's just numerical figure.

The blacksmithing part is somewhat cut out but it is not necessary that you specify everything since it can feel heavy if you put everything in... plus there are many steps that only apply when making a specific style of weapon or with a special design such as when making a weapon with damascus steel or the 30 folds of a katana (which was actually made in the past because the material was bad and currently because of tradition but today it would not be necessary to give it so many folds) in whether the steps or If they are heating by hitting (repeat several times) then the tempering which is taking the hot weapon and cooling it suddenly, this can cause cracks or bending but it is necessary to make it hard, the tempering is also done a couple of times then it is It is sharpened and finally a handle and a sheath are made.

You could just make them both masters as there were over 100 and some did survive the explosion so instead of 1 being fine you and safe from the explosion you can make it 2. Love the chapter though wish it would update more frequently
