I've seen many fanfics where Syr/Freya is interested in Shirou and that's understandable, to an extent anyway. Being attracted to EMIYA's soul is a never for her however, considering his soul should be 'rusted' or 'dirtied' by ALAYA's overuse working abuse. I bet Freya would only be interested as to how his soul got to that extent, not romantically at least.
