I don't understand why they keep insisting that Archer regrets not having been able to save Artoria when he doesn't care about the Lion King. Archer's only regret is having followed his ideal of heroism to the end. The only woman who really motivated Archer was Ciel, who gave him her sacred shroud and remembers her fondly.

Shirou's projection is not affected by mana or environment, it only depends on his OD and magic circuits.
Also don't confuse magical energy with Mana.
Mana is the equivalent of the world's OD, while magic energy is produced by magic circuits from OD/mana.
My point is that knowing this, servants receive magical energy from their Masters and not Mana/OD.

Gods and Goddesses are off limits, even for Evilus. As soon as one God or Goddess is killed, whoever did the deed is going to get stormed off of the face of the Earth and sentenced to a hell worse than any other in Heaven.
Evilus did not kill gods or goddesses for reasons.
And Astrea is a little too weak willed to be a goddess of justice if she starts crying as soon as she reveals her location.

Now this is an interesting fanfic. I hope you would continue this with more chapters.
Just in case you're not aware, there's a Ruler Class Pseudo-Servant who's also named Astraea in the body of Luviagelita Edelfelt summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order. Archer might wonder if the Astraea in front of him is the same one who possessed Luvia's body. But he will quickly notice that their personalities are different. The Astraea in front him is not a professional wrestler. Although, it would be amusing to see Astraea's reaction of knowing that there's a Servant who has the same name as her.
I can't wait for Archer to interact with the members of the Astraea Familia. He could see Ryuu as his younger self and Kaguya as himself. One wants to save everyone and the other believes in saving the masses over the few. What a nostalgic clash between ideals. The two mages, Ryana and Celty, would be interested and curious in the topic about Magecraft and Magic Circuit from Archer. It would be interesting to see their reaction upon tasting Archer's cooking.
I'm looking forward for the next chapter, hopefully longer than the first chapter. Keep moving forward. Thank you.

1.- The meme about rank E luck is bad: That's fanon, rank E luck is not bad but it's just a cringe meme/joke that unfortunately became very common to use in Fate Series fanfics.
2.- If this Emiya was at the FGO events, then he shouldn't be surprised by the large amounts of mana in the environment.

While that is true that when heroic spirit are summoned they are supposed to have no memories of their previous time being summoned. But their are exceptions to the rules such as extreme emotion such as when Avicebron betrayed his master/student it left him with deep feelings of regret that it carried it with him each time he is summoned making him slightly more humbled. Their is also Artoria Pendragon a heroic spirit who is still alive in Avalon depending on the timeline. Their are always exceptions to the rules. Who to say that a counter guardian can retain the memory of all their previous summons outside of a Holy Grail War.
